The site manager should apply to join the police. He has exactly the right ignorance and bad attitude. They would welcome him with open arms and he would be a sergeant in no time at all.

Yeah, so you may have a right but if someone is asking you, you could have the respect to do so. Its the same as taking photos of people in public. You can legally take pictures of people in public, but if someone's asks you not to, you're not going to continue taking photos of them...?

You don't have to stop doing anything just because someone tells you to or because they don't like it. Freedoms exist for a reason, and you have the freedom to say no to any request that isn't backed up by the law.

Me too, I was doing some wildlife photography , and this guy barged in with his two kids chasing away my subjects, then starts demanding that I don’t get him or his kids on my camera ! He very nearly got my camera gifted to him in an uncomfortable place , but decided to just educate him in a tone similar to DG just did. Local photographers have told me other stories , one guy was approached by some guy claiming to be an ex policemen who told him he looked like a paedo, hanging around behind trees , then he accused him of photographing his wife , and then wanted to see his photos . Some paedo , his wife was in her late 60s 😂 The photographer, actually DID show him his photos , they were on MOTHS on tree bark 😂 What a dangerous fool that ‘ex policeman’ was . People are crazy, make crazy accusations that others hear in passing , then walk away as if nothing had happened , and they expect no repercussions for what they say 😮

When all these people were stopping to talk to you, they must of thought what's going on! It's amazing how many people actually do. There are obviously a lot of people that watch the channel! It must be a good to see them, especially when someone is giving you a hard time.

Private Road, Colwick, Netherfield, Nottingham NG4 2BG - Maintaining Party = Local Highway Authority = Public Road (some of it's maintenance responsibility is private but only the Local Highway Authority actually maintain it). I also love how he comes out all proud that he knows the drone rules and then spouts drone rules that only apply to drones over 250g lol

Although there is no specific legislation for interrupting someone flying a drone, it really needs to be looked into where it comes into the existing legislation of not interfering with aircraft, especially when you are being ganged up on.

Interfering with a drone flight may also be an offence under Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order in endangering the aircraft (it does not matter that it is unmanned). The Air Navigation Order distinguishes drones which carry out surveillance.

As far as I am aware, interfering with a pilot flying a drone is a criminal offence. However, I don't know if this includes "Toys" under 250 grams.

Good on you DJ, I sometimes think you are far too soft with these people, I liked how firm you were here. While I'm not an auditor, there is some similarity in what I do from time to time as well, and I can say that if I get challenged like this and it is persistent, my level of politeness goes from cordial all the way down to something that probably couldn't be put on YT. I'm not vulgar, but people get put right in their place. As a photographer I'm frankly sick of know-it-alls trying to stop me from carrying out lawful activities and I don't have the patience to deal with it daily like you do!

Another company educated on how not to talk to the public! You done a great job, however I was a little concerned for everyone’s safety on that grass verge. Due to distractions it could have been easy for someone to step in the road just at the wrong time and could have been a serious accident or death. Take care!
