Jesson has a breathable atmosphere and your can make an Amp farm. Bessel III-b is a better XP farm. But due to the atmosphere, might need a few outpost breathing stations to get to the right spot. But you get almost the full benefit from sleeping on Venus, without having to leave the planet. (And you can farm twice the items, due to having 4 mats)

I swear I sat thru this whole video for the deaths 🤣😭 just hilarious watching you run from point A to B as fast as possible, and that death mid convo was gold 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Didn't Joseph Anderson discover the bug where if you go through an air-lock into a building then fast travel to your ship and exit the ship the game still thinks you're in an area with air?

For what it’s worth, I think Gravity Wave and Personal Atmosphere must always be the second and third powers you get. They were in my game too.

I just gathered a bunch of skills last night. It seems that skills are tied to temples but you can grab them in any order. It took me six temples to get Personal Atmosphere. It was on a moon in Indum which is a different system than my other save files.

Loved this run! I managed to catch the end of it live, but had no idea about everything else you had to go through

not sure how many specialized runs you can do in starfield, but this seems like the most difficult

No persuasion challenge run if the game gives you an attack option you have to do it no matter what

This was a really fun watch, honestly makes me wanna pick up the game myself

The hunter attacking you is actually relieving that it's not just me, lucky you got through the final mission, the guy kept snapping every phase and trying to attack me, just never learned his lesson and spent the entire mission kneeled at my feet

This was one of your coolest challenges yet. Haven’t player SF yet but glad I didn’t feel like any spoilers were said. Other than the one death. Been thinking of playing Skyrim first because I’ve never played it before.

At the start, at least in my game, it's 100% consistent that if you sprint into the door as it's opening the game still thinks you're inside, so you don't lose oxygen but you don't have the suit either. This lasts until you use the ship.

Personal Atmosphere is always within the first 6 powers you get on your first playthrough. It's not quite as random as people seem to think it is, right now. EDIT: Supposing you actually go after the powers right away instead of continuing the main story.

You can quick travel to your cockpit if you use the scanner on your ship icon

Boostpacks are great, and I think you might like to know that if you go into settings, and bind an alternate key for jump (left alt works good), you get a forward boost :D

@@virtualtools_3021Only against huge health enemies. Against most trash, it’s slower than other weapons which can one shot them, and it has a really short range.

Run the Vanguard mission with just the initial suit and mining laser, no other equipment

Ha! The funny twist about this challenge is, the mining laser becomes the highest DPS weapon in the game once you've leveled your energy weapons skill to the point where each hit has a chance to deal a stacking burn effect. (Mining lasers evaluate "hitting" a target many times a second). You can melt a terrormorph in about 5 seconds.

No suit speedrun needs to be a category! And an easy defining parameter is you must have the suit and helmet removed before you leave the air lock in the opening scene. That way people don't argue samanthinks about whether or not you took the helmet off quick enough! I honestly think it's debatable on whether or not we should require no boost pack. I'd be okay either way

Actually that would be super easy, the rules are you put on the helmet and spacesuit or whatever Wait for the air lock to open You can get lined up at the front of the airlock if you want doesn't really matter, then open your inventory take the suit and helmet off and the moment you leave your inventory is when the timer starts!

Yeah the hunter attacked me after we beat the emissary in my NG+ save as well, good ol Bethesda bugs

honestly doesn't really seem like a bug to me... he wants power for himself why would he let you have the power he wants? would be completely counter to his personality thruout the whole game to just let you take it.

My biggest problem with starfield is why does the nasa personal have accents? You legally have to be a US citizen to work for NASA. Elon, to even get contracts with them through SpaceX took many background checks and his staff were required to remain US citizens

2:26 that is a very generous timer for not wearing a helmet in space? Does the same thing happen in a vacuum, or is this just for planets and the vacuum is instant death.

i'm still watching it, but it would make it easier if you rested an hr b4 you left your ship or were inside places to fill up your health bar and get rested xp for a chance to lvl up.

The moon has air, you just have to glitch out of the airlock while it's closing in the intro!

wish there was a way to boost your max energy permeantly for your powers sense it could have been a cool idea to grow it

you could that in new game plus.. spent the first run killing starborn so you have a shitton of quantum particles, they regen your power meter super fast for 60 seconds, also collect all the powers on the first run and then use no suit and only powers on new game plus.. tho the personal athmosphere power would make it pretty easy..

you honestly dont really need more power... once you level up the powers they become rediculously cheap to cast and can be maintained permanently (even the slow time one can have permanent uptime)

cutter is actually the best weapon in the game... once you max the lasers skill the cutter can shred high hp enemies like terrormorphs like a knife thru butter...

Personal atmosphere is the most powerful ability though, dafuq you mean Hey also you should have leveled up and put everything into the O2 perk instead of the health perk. It's when O2 depleted that health starts to go down, right? Cool video, it takes some dedication to pull this off

I am really impressed with how you worked around distance by building outpost for stopping points but I wish you did it without using fast travel. Either way great video. I am loving this game but taking my time and not rushing to NG+. Unfortunately, I think Starfield is being unfairly hated on due to it being an exclusive.

@@zartu4208 its a lot different than past bethesda games in mechanics, and thats objective fact! of course whether or not these differences are important to you is an opinion, but the differences themselves are not opinion. i personally just fucking hate all the loading screens. to do almost anything in the game youve got to sit through at least one, but on average id say two loading screens. then the character writing in the game is just bad. bethesda has never been good at that, but considering the lack of other things in the game, its hard to excuse it. there are a few quests and characters i did actually like, but most of the content is just not interesting, and once again, youve gotta sit through a metric fuckload of loading screens to even experience it. ive got over 100 hours in the game and i wouldnt be suprised to learn that half of it was loading screens. to continue explaining what frustrates me about the writing, is that like every other bethesda title, they have some interesting ideas, but never flesh out those ideas to their conclusion. pretty much every story quest is like "heres this cool thing thats happening, but we will not be exploring it from a narrative standpoint, loading screens, go shoot stuff, sit through some more loading screens, then youre done." if the game ran well and didnt stop you constantly to remind you that you are running software, the dissapointment of a quest that didnt quite hit wouldnt be so frustrating. but the time sink of doing literally nothing just to get to the end of a quest and be like "that was it? where is the resolution to this quest???" over and over and over really got to me. if i could change one thing, id give the quests actual endings. most of them dont have real endings. if i could change a second thing, it would be the loading screens. quests should be largely in one system, and they should have subcontracted members of the No Man's Sky team to help them figure out the technicals for making inter-system travel the way they did it. in that game, you can launch from the surface of one planet, fly to another in the same system, and land without any loading. you can also fly your ship in atmosphere, and land on any clear patch of land. which saves on a lot of the boring walking you do in starfield. the fact that its been done before and they couldnt make it happen is so frustrating.

As a No Man's Sky player I really like starfield. Personally I think that it really focuses on bethesda's strengths and doesn't really cross over at all between other open world space games. The art direction is top notch, and generally although I had low expectations, I have to say starfield really nailed it when it comes to having an immersive world even if it's a bit rough around the edges.

Hell yeah y0! Those ragdolls are hella fun

Maybe the hardest of the challenges.

Loved this run, emotional rollercoaster from finding out you could have fast travelled was intense. Hope there's more stuff planned, and for Cyberpunk, cuz I'm loving the new update. They made your throwing knife build much easier to get now. I too love the dimension hopping mission, and especially love that you can merge both realities, but only if you pay attention. Any more and the gimmick would have overstayed it's welcome, though. Aside from that, honestly, I like this game, but if you play it enough, you start seeing all the ways it could have been improved, and all the parts that feel half baked. Like how the gravity is inconsistent in places, like the Red Devils HQ being 1g, while the rest of Mars is 0.6g. And how all the dungeons are one of 10 fixed layouts. You can find digipicks in the same locations because they used that layout for tutorials. They could have hand made some more layouts for procgen. This is to say nothing of how regressive some of the systems in this game are, all relating to the economy. Prime example being how you have to craft your own attachments instead of buying them from a gun store, or paying someone to put them on your gun instead of learning to be a master gunsmith to put slugs in your shotgun. Also, you can't craft ammo, which should be very basic, considering the other stuff we can craft. There's people who make ammunition in their homes right now! It was very annoying to not be able to use .43 and .45 pistols because of this. And you can't transfer ship parts between ships! that part is so annoying! This is a neoliberal capitalist utopia, but they won't let me buy giant cans of ammunition? We can do that right now! They open carry in the streets everywhere in this game! All in all, it feels like space Fallout, where the devs were stuck in that apocalypse mindset. And, oh yeah, the ship combat is so basic. All you need is 4 Particle Beams and the biggest shield available. No engines needed.

Hunter going aggro in the end is a bug? If yes it is very interesting because that's so in line with his character XD
