@@veznan7010 agreed, there’s many more mechanics and strategies for BTD6, however kingdom rush has a great art style, Easter eggs, and most importantly the addition of barracks, which nearly no tower defense games have. They both have good nostalgia though.

@@show4game944 Not just iOS, I played Kingdom Rush first on website and heroes were not there, I remember damn well when I returned to KR when I saw heroes, it was game changer.

Back in my high school days when tower defense games only had towers, no heroes or barracks *nostalgia*

The Vez'nan bit at the end made me chuckle as the elementals were exactly how I defeated him a decade ago when the game came out. Had no idea you could do it any other way, lol.

I never knew about that until now, but it's a pretty good strat since its almost perfectly timed, as soon as Vez'nan kills one, the other respawn.

Its unbelievable that you took all that effort and hard work to do this video for us, you are definitely the best of all the others, thanks a lot for all that hard work and stress time you had on the streams just to beat the last level. I think its time for you to take a long nap so you can have energy for the next videos. And also if you want, you can ask help to your suscribers to see if they can help you to beat a level, so it can maby be easier and they can give you tips and advices.

I would recommend this to people who didn’t even play kingdom rush. The editing and crude jokes are so funny I can’t even drink a glass of water without it exploding all over my face.

Damn it's ten years since being little and spending afternoons on Armor Games. So many people grown up with the series being there.

What a crazy challenge! Can't believe it took so many attempts

For the Coldstep mines, you can literally just spam maxed out Ranger hideouts plus 1 or 2 low level barracks on the bottom and middle rows, and win easily. just make sure to grab tier 1 poisons at first and concentrate most of your gold on WOF. Barracks shouldn't be upgraded past level 2. but seriously, good video! :))

Thanks! Beleive me if could have started with a ranger I would have done that. The beginning is so tough beacuse this is basicly the no rain of fire challenge, and your reinforcements is only useful for isolating targets. You need a lot of stalling, but you can't go all in on the WOF at the start, beacuse you have to spread out your damage in the beginning, beacuse your towers have no range. This challenge completely changes your gameplan, and you have to think alot about what you spend your money on, it was honestly the most fun I have had with a KR game.

Great video. I took this challenge 5 years ago on a mobile phone and beat it. 1 month ago i tried redoing it but im stuck at the wastelands level. I also beat the 2 newer games which are easier.

Yeah when me and the boys first played it on iOS back in 2011, we didn't use heroes either, can't remember if we just forgot about them, or the game didn't have heroes in the earliest versions.

Who do you think the best hero is in kingdom rush? In all others, the question is simple, krf bonehart, kro phoenix and krv eiskalt, but in kingdom rush they are all more or less at the same level (excluding Alleria and Denas)

There is no best hero, deepends on the level you play, and how you play with them.

Elora Wintersong is probably best dps ranged hero. She has perma frost which allows her to freeze enemies with basic attacks, Ice storm which is strong clear and permafrost which reduces movement of enemy. She is also really strong with Legionaire ranged upgrade because the slow allows your summons to primary use ranged attacks. Legionaire summon+her slow can often kill even the biggest units. I would say the best melee hero is Ingvar Bearclaw. He has summons that are strong blockers, His bear form gives him high health regeneration and he levels fast because how much he spams his summon ability. There are other possible heroes to use, For example if you want to play an assassin-hero, Magnus Spellbane is strong ranged assassin, he can teleport behind enemies and you can summon soldiers to snipe units. Oni is the melee sniper. They're probably runner-ups for 3rd best.

Is it possible to beat this challenge with also no spell allowed? I did a variation which is low upgrades (1 star per stage), but ran out of idea on stage 8. Tried various stuff, the trolls are just so unstoppable.

I highly doubt it, the reinforcements are just so vital to manage to flow of the early waves in almost every stage. Even if you didn’t care about lives, stage 10 will stop you for sure.

What game is this? It seems to be vengeance but its the original?

What levels KR-fans can walkthrough without a Hero and Stars, trying to save as many lives as possible?

I mean every post game level is of Vez'nan's tower difficulty at the very least, so many of the levels will be impossible, you would have to change the rules at that point.
