Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

The fact that you used one side of the controller is crazy and looks so uncomfterble (i suck at spelling)
I used to use a controller, cuz of roblox, so i always used triggers and bumpers, it makes it easier
i actually used to play fnf with a controller, using the triggers and bumpers for the arrows instead of the dpad and buttons, since it was mor ecomfortable for me really really big fan of playing fnf with a controller, looking foward to seeing how the devs port the game to consoles tbh

Yeah I use the bumper too
My setup on the controller was d-pad left and down (for left and down arrows), triangle and O (For up and right arrows), and it actually made it easier for me

Well, I just resort to the symbols becase doubles becomes a whole new thing on connected d-pads.

After so long, monster is finally playable normaly instead of needing the debug menu, I feel so old lol, I joined this comunity just when week 6 was out 🗿🔥

Another tip: left dpad as left, down dpad as down, triangle/Y as up and square/B as right Its reaaaaaallly confortamble instead of dpad up as up and cross/X as down😭😭😭💀💀💀

@@insighxx I will try to It’s my first mod I’m just figuring out as I make it I want to add a mechanic where there is a note you need to hit to dodge something
I would recommend you to use dpad down and dpad left and square and triangle, i got so much better like that
use the triggers and bumps its works so well for some reason
Set the keybinds as, Left, Right, Square, Circle. ( best thing i can imagine )
you could use use two hands one on dpad and another on face buttons??
U could have combined the d pad and the other ones for it to be easier i play rofnf games on console i use that technique

It's psych engine, which is an engine created by people in the community to improve the game with whatever they want so it's not really the official version of fnf and it uses an outdated version of fnf which is 0.2.8 and the newest version is 0.4.1
