@@silverdirtgamer3390 Wounding or explosive still better since enemies have no resist to it. So its 240(516 with perk) pure damage with explosive effect. 400 pure damage with wounding effect. Since creatures in f4 have 100-1300hp, its one shot for any humanoid, most other, and 5-6 shots for any other.

I had a wounding mini gun that killed a mirelurk queen in about 10 seconds

At first when i heard paul had passed away I was obviously saddened but after watching his videos again it really made me realize how we will never see new and creative challenges again. The fallout community has lost a legend. RIP Paul

If you're standing too close to the target in vats you will miss because your gun is clipping though them and poking out on the other side of their character model.

Paul, never go for the knees unless you have a weapon. Your foot/ shin will break long before anyone’s kneecap. The trick is to punch them in the nose, eyes, or gills, and they’ll get disoriented and swim away.

Probably a good idea for him to decide against siding with the Institute. The mission where you destroy the Brotherhood has infinitely respawning enemies. Hard enough on a normal playthrough, but sounds almost impossible when all the enemies are legendary.

TECHNICALLY every 'Enemy' was legendary when they could be legendary, any allies won't be legendary, and considering named enemies are unique (you could argue they are a differant kind of legendary), and the fact that allies or potential allies don't become legendary is just a balancing thing since a legendary immortal dogmeat or danse as a companion would be too OP. So in my logic you did complete the game with only legendary enemies, you only killed a few who were allies that weren't legendary. (We are ignoring the radroaches since you can skip them and legendary spawns after level 8.)

Can you beat Fallout 4 as a cowboy? Rules: You *MUST* use the cowboy outfit in Nuka World. That's actually an awesome idea. I'd add fists to the list though so he can do the challenge right out of the vault. Optional modifiers: no stimpacks or radaway, food only (you need to see a doctor for their fancy book learnin to heal your rads or use the foods that do that). The only drug you can use is alcohol, maybe get addicted to it so you can immerse yourself in old-west alcoholism. Side with the Railroad because in this crazy world of tech you don't understand, trains are relatable.

I once got an unlimited ammo Double Barrell. It melted enemies, especially after upgrading it fully to do more damage and to better handle the recoil.

Radiation weapons are really strong in this because enemies weak to rad damage (mostly humans) cannot regen rad damage when they mutate

fun fact: if you max out your affinity with nick and do his side quest, he’ll take you to the cambridge police station and if you go there before talking to paladin danse, you have a dialogue option to just want to get into the station for the holotape.

Here’s something I’ve always wondered. When a legendary enemy “mutates”, they get some sort of colored shine that’s either red, yellow, or green. What do the colors mean exactly? I tried looking it up but couldn’t find anything.

Red is 2x damage (mostly animals) Yellow bonus accuracy and I think speed? Gun and robot enemies Green is bonus poison/radiation damage (insects, mutated beasts, ghouls) There is also one just for robots which causes them to explode on death In addition to this, all of these have the same 9999 healing effect after dropping under 50%.
