Pretty much yeah!

you're playing as the Mechanist, and yet you didnt use a single robot companion. You could have used an eyebot mod to fully immerse yourself. THINK INSANE FRAME THINK (loved the video and just wanted to make a reference

See I feel like the entire point of being the mechanistic would be to just make robot companions that kill everything for you

You fill a void in fallout content I never knew I had. Challenge runs I'd actually like to try!

i thought much more fitting way to play as mechanist would be not to use any weapons at all, only robot companions

@@InsaneFrame try doing it where every ten kills spawns a new random robot. It gets so messed up and the robots start targeting eachother and non hostiles half the time.

Vault tec Wooden and Metal Shelfs have no collison so you can spam those but beware of putting too much or it will explode.

it was very brutal but we found a way forwards!

Assigning Scavenging Stations to settlers makes the settlers find junk for you to build with. It is random all the time.

Nolan Grayson is such an admirable superman spin off to look up to

@@InsaneFrame I just had a funny challenge idea. Can you beat fallout New Vegas as Raider. You have to go through owb and pick all robotic skills and use a katana from GRA. You will also need to get Rex. Thoughts?

Fallout 4 Challenge idea. Can you beat fallout 4 as an alien. Rules 1. no mods 2. no glitches 3. Only alien weapons. creation club alien weapons are aloud. Armor nuka girl armor. weapons alien blaster pistol, alien rifle idk it’s full name , other alien pistol, and alien baton. Hope you do this one

you can make the mechanist armor way better with ballistic weave just so you know for future runs. You should also try can you beat nuka world as grognak the barbarian, also love your videos keep up the good work

Man I was laughing before you put the name of the character because I see it an instantly THINK why it looks like Nolan, because IS Nolan XD!

Idea: Can you beat Fallout NV or Fallout 4 while playing Gun Game. CoD Gun Game had you going through like 30 weapons from the better guns to eventually the janky guns. For either of the Fallouts: Give yourself all the normal guns, starting with the most damaging and once you get 5 kills, you got to go down and discard a gun. You win the run if you still having more then 2 guns remaining. Melee weapons shouldnt be added unless they shoot something (like Ballastic Knives from Black Ops)

This is going to be a weird comment, but I love your voice (and commentary). I put your videos on for background noise while I clean my house

oh yes, our plan came to fruition literally!

12hours to level up? bruh that's dedication right there. scrapping everything in sanctuary + red rocket and building shelves, mats and caltrops (using idiot savant) got me to like lvl 16-17 in just under 2 hours

Nice playthrough, but IMHO the mechanist should have gone the institute route...(I mean they MAKE robots! Plus having an army of robots at your back and call would have been more immersive, plus syth relay grenades)

Could you do a fallout 4 challenge as Armie Hammer? You have to caniballise every human you kill

Can you beat Fallout 4 with the Plamsa pistol Flamer barrel? Short Range, Annoying Ammo but Amazing DPS. Also you can make a robot with fire and ice guns for the fun of it. Leaving your foes triple burn.

Very cool idea for a video! I have 1 critique though, I think the Mechanist as he is supposed to be a Hero in similar fashion to Iron Man and the Silver Shroud, wouldn't do any morally wrong or questionable things, at least not knowingly and willingly. Referring to 12:12

How come you didn't use the assaultron head or the assaultron blade? Although maybe you answered in the video lol Im just starting it

I did a run as a vampire(sanquire vampirous mod). It was a permadeath run on survival. No weapons allowed and you can only kill by draining blood. Oh no armor either, just skimpy clothing without weave. Think you can complete the game with that too?

Oof, melee Mechanist build. That's tough when you have low END and STR stats, at the very least you can pickpocket the Tesla rifle of the boss and go shotgun or rifle mods on that thing. Plus, I would have taken the ammo scrounger perk and sell any non-energy ammo for parts of the Tesla rifle.

I wish you didn't get all of the robot parts after beating the DLC, it'd be neat if you got little quests from The Mechanist (or her computer if you've killed her) that told you where to find more

Can you beat Fallout 4 with only an automatron robot companion. Any armor, no weapons, no offense or shutdown perks. Maybe Codsworth if getting to the robotics station is impossible without the help.

ngl I literally did a run where the second I got level 15, I ran and basically speed ran the quest and after I got the armor I completed the rest of the game with the minigun you get at the vertibird, afterwards I basically did the usual minus switch armor so I The Mechanist Leader of the Minutemen saved the Commonwealth

Have you count how many viewers would've wanted to see you using robots?

Nobody noticed how he failed the challenge, the first rule is that he can only use the mechanist armor in battle and used multiple different clothes

For a mechanist challenge, this is restrictive, shouldn’t it be all the automatron weapons, and making robots is their whole thing. Challenge is good and all but still *EDIT FOR CHALLENGE* I looked the name up, It’s Omni Man from Invincible so, I cheated but hey, I still got it I guess. Also, in a comment I saw your reasoning for why you restricted yourself, but still. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The moment you said no using robots I lost interest. Making a super robot & using it is most of the fun of the DLC! Also no using the Tesla rifle or troubleshooter weapons? That's just wrong! :p Where do you get all the corn, mutfruit? Tatos are easy Abernathy.
