Yeah I mean the entire boss is basically rng to begin with. You’re supposed to be aggressive but that’s hard to do when he spams the shit out of every attack especially the stupid rings. And once you can hit him he just one shots you with that Sui.. spell Elden Ring truly has boss fights

I feel this run would be easier than something like NG+500 because of the grey health thing. Bosses like fire giant and Godfrey just lost their second phase to that which wouldn't have happened if over half their HP wasn't grey. At 500 everything would probably still be instakill and the % damage doesn't care about max health increases

It's crazy how few years ago, doing a "no hit run" was considered almost impossible to do in a Souls-game. But now, no-hit is just how you play the game as the challenges are even more sadistic.

If I recall correctly, Miyazaki himself didn't believe someone had beat Dark Souls 1 no hit. Now that's Baby's First Challenge run beside no death. Hell, I even have a no death and no bonfire run in DS2 for the illusory rings.
