Yeah a friend of mine has had both of those issues, you would expect that the youtube editor would just work without messing up the audio, but hey, it's youtube, very little of what they do makes sense.

I found the claw really useful in my first playthrough cause it can stagger so many things in one hit with its large hit box

I love that they turned this mechanic into a reasonably functional set of spells in Elden Ring. Good material as always, man.

I genuinely forgot about the twinkling stones lol. Looking back it's kinda funny to see that the embarrassment that were the twinkling dragon stones would come back revamped and roided to hell in Elden Ring. Almost too good, I never not use at least one on my faith builds. Kinda cool to see how a framework from an early game gets refined in a later one and FROM has shown this throughout the whole franchise.

Can you beat KZread? (It's impossible) I've run into some nasty stuff before, I'll gladly give it another watch.

I love Pontiff's Stand. Mostly because it attacks first. He first sends his shadow to f you up and immediately goes to f you up himself, not caring that he just told you exactly what he's going to do.

The script for this one is just 10/10 pure comedic gold. Unbelievable effort is put in to all your videos and man does it show!

Been playing since release and never realized you could parry the crystal mage. This is why I love these games.

I didn't know Wolnir could summon skeletons after playing through ds3 so many times. The things you learn from goofy challenge runs is amazing.

@@GrayD_Fox I normally played with friends and started fresh play throughs with them so I never had to deal with him being tougher in newgame+ and while I said so many times I only fought Wolnir about 3 or 4 times (a lot of my playthroughs ended early due to not finding time to play with that friend anymore or in one case a friendship ending etc) and I was told to aim for the shackles by my friend the first time I fought him (I won't lie I died I think twice if I remember correctly one was me misplaying the other was me going too far from the boss into the darkness) I genuinely just didn't get his skeletons to spawn when I fought him, I'm assuming either cause I beat him too fast or rng just worked out for me. For context I also usually played strength builds except my first playthrough which was a pyromancy build supplemented with strength weapons. To be honest I wrote all of this because I felt like I needed to defend and justify myself but then I thought about it more and it's a bit silly. I mention I didn't know a weird boss quirk which I got to see from the video especially with dark souls that has a lot of them and that's that if someone doesn't believe my experience then it really just doesn't matter. I enjoy the games but I'd be lying if I said I completed them (the only one I completed was ds3 much much later on about 4 years after playing it) too often I take a break then come back to the game with the mindset of "well it's been awhile I might aswell make a new character start fresh" or "well that character I played with Ace and I'm not friends with him anymore so I guess I should make a new one" TLDR I ramble about my darksouls history

It's just impossible, Wolnir would spawn the skeleton 5 seconds into the fight, unless you can 1 tap the shackle, I see no way you could not know there are skeleton in this fight

A true test of endurance. For dragon stone I remember there used to be a bug which you can unleash a fast dragon attack by switching items really quick and I guess it will make this challenge trivial. Other than that, great fights as usual.

That was what I initially wanted to do. "Where dragons rule" to be specific. But no matter how much I changed it, it still triggered the copyright system. So therefore I went with the double dragon theme instead. Although Dragonforce actually used the double dragon theme in the bridge of Black Fire, so in a roundabout way there's still some Dragonforce in it, in a sense.

According to this DND based dragon classification chart I found, a humanoid dragon would either be a lizard or a lung dragon. (Lung Dragon is half way between a Drake and a Wyrm.)

I did the wolnir fight strategy first time play through without knowing it was a thing. I literally asked my friend if I was supposed to do wolnir before Abyss watchers thinking I was over leveled

And it's not even the first time, surprisingly

Just finished this run! I'm a bit ashamed to say that I summoned npcs for some bossfights (like Abyss Watchers, Sulyvahn and Soul of Cinder), (even if I spent thrice the time to do their quests) and I beated Soul of Cinder without even dealing damage to him (used ymfah ds3 pacifist guide for him since his windows were to small for me to react since I didnt know his moveset that well). I finished the run in 13 h and with 181 deaths (obviosly ng+ fresh start like in the video)

Was watching ymfah now I’ve found you love your commentary, new sub bro please keep making these 🎉

Dark Souls 1 dragon form is by far the best and it still wasn't that great. The unarmed damage boost made it pretty solid and the breath wasn't bad either. The ones on DS2 and DS3 are so bad in comparison. I wish they'd take the transformation concept in these games further and make it not garbage.

0:06 Uhm Ackchyually a dragon is the broad category, a wyvern has wings and hind legs, a drake has no wings, but front and hind legs and a humanoid dragon would be a dragonoid or draconian depending on where you ask. Also one with both pairs of legs and wings is a true dragon

Hello Ser PS. I have a dark souls remastered challenge for you. Can you beat DSR with the Lucerne's heavy attacks? Without buffs? It won't be a hard challenge because the Lucerne's damage is deceptive (in a good way) and it's 2 hand heavy hits twice( kinda why I put the no buffs in there). Being as I haven't played DS3 yet, it's pretty disappointing seeing this dragon form. Fromsoft had an opportunity to make you look like a really cool dragon like the gold armor suit in DS2 and totally botched it. Malnourished, short tail, baby deer antler having ass 😂
