Can you ACTUALLY increase your IQ?

hi, a long century old question have finally been answered, can you ACTUALLY increase your IQ in 15 days? Yes, I tried to increase my IQ to a genius level in 15 days and this is how it went...
I have an engineering exam in 30 days and frankly I do not understand anything, but what if become a genius, aka being smarter, then will I be able to understand everything?!
First, I did an IQ test to test where my level is. Then, my training begins with many cognitive brain exercises, including pattern recognition training, human benchmark logic, zetemac mental math calculations..

I think the best way to improve IQ is to learn advanced math. I'm a musician who loves science when I started to learn math I realized I started to understand things way more easily compared to before.

Took the Mensa admissions test, (rait) and got 127. On Mensa Norway I got 131. Denmark 126. Every online free test is also getting me in this ballpark but I never crack 132. I feel as though Mensa purposely chose this number to keep me out. I am as close as you can be without qualifying so I really want to find a way to increase my IQ and retake the test in a few months.

As someone who is highly intelligent, being intelligent isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Intelligent people spend a lot of time in their own heads, creating scenarios, and other stuff. It causes you to have few social (like Elon musk) and be socially awkward. I’ve recently been trying have better social skills and stay out of my head, but what I have noticed is once I started doing that, now I’m less capable of thinking. My grades went down, and then I started thinking a lot again. And i m more intelligent again. But I tend to isolate myself from other people. It’s very lonely sometimes. Im certain if I wanted to I could easily increase my intelligence. I have been scared of death since very young when I became atheist. Im quite nihilistic, it’s actually really sad and scary. Moral of the story, you’re fine as you are, don’t try to increase your intelligence. Being intelligent only causes pain

I do relate to a lot of your points so I understand. What I can say is People tend to think too much, so try to separate it between academic and social setting. Don't completely not think in academics and don't think too much in social setting. It's not easy as it takes a lot of trial and error.

i'd rather be intelligent like you than dumb like I am lol. What really sucks is when everyone assumes your smart for whatever reason, but you know deep down your not. My whole family thinks I'm "smart", some ppl ik think I'm at least above average and others have even asked if I'm in a gifted program, but in reality I'm probably below average intelligence wise. I know free IQ tests aren't really the most accurate, but from the ones I've taken I get 100-108 (average). But at least from my SAT practice score, I got a 1100 and my math was 470 which is below the average score of most people. On top of that, everyone I talk to seems to get at least a 1300 SAT score while I'm struggling to even get 1100. But even more than that, I have no talent and it's hard for me to learn anything new or figure anything out. I'm subpar in pretty much the entirety of life. I'm dumb AND I have bad social skills. You at least make up for social weaknesses in being smart, I have nothing to show for any of my shortcomings

The weight is the age. Test score divided by your age times 100. BUT, the "pseudo IQ" score can be increased by memorizing question methods and doing a lot of test questions.

I don't understand the point of your argument - are you trying to say that IQ is not important because it is not equivalent to "intelligence?" If you are, I am sorry, but you are incorrect: "Intelligence" might not be the same as IQ, but that does NOT mean IQ isn't important IQ is the best Psychometric predictor of success available rn Note: Depending on the kind of IQ test, knowledge can be extensively tested

I did but it's really not possible in less than 2 months you can increase it with max 40 points tho and that's with 2 years of pracice there was once an experiment done by psychologs with mentally retarded people with an iq between 65 and 50 and in 3 months they raised every single one their iq to atleast 100. They took 10 grams of creatine a day during this period and pretty much their whole day was based on it so yes it is possible. I think that they didn't make this experiment public because raising someone's IQ could be seen as unethical because you really change the core of a human and create a new human. training excessively like that also raises the probablities of brain tumors and is extremely draining for the body and can cause serious headaches. I went from an iq of 111 and I did an official iq test of 5 hours and after 2 years of pretty much training like 8 hours a week which is a lot and really draining in the beginning I got to 144. Now what happened with me is that i started seeing the world very different and couldn't get along with anyone anymore school was to easy and I got bored I'm considering doing physics at the university but I can make a lot of money on my own by having an online business and poker. I will probably still start just bcs I have always been interested in it. I wouldn't recommend doing this at all it makes your life worse I promise you
