That surprisingly is the Traveler's attire in the form of the Raider's Regalia variant. You can buy it from merchants on Iki Island!

That's the Ghost's Platinum dye which is unlocked by platinuming the game

To the very north of Iki Island, there's a forbidden shrine! If you solve the puzzle, you'll gain the armor look for Tadayori's armor, tho from what I've read it's only part of the Director's cut of the game
