I admit I have insomnia. I cannot sleep at night but I can sleep like a baby all day. Drs have told me that after years of working nights my body can’t adjust to a schedule.I live now in a cosita in my daughters yard and I like to go places with her but for all I try I can’t get on a schedule to sleep at night.
