Another banger episode! Never disappointed by the blind tastings. Definitely agree with the shout out to aged Riesling. I hope to one day have a cellar so that I can buy a case and drink a bottle per year, following the development of a particular wine. Cheers! (Sipping an stunning Eva Fricke Riesling while watching)

for the vat ones - I cracked a 2010 about 6 months ago and its too young still. Needs another 2 years min, ideally 5+
