As long as the ceramic works is done nicely and correctly it's her choice. Design it ain't easy to bring up a perfect result. BT should step out of the process anyway. The tiles massacre in his house is poorly done from the crafting side but very tasteless in most parts of the house. Only somebody without visions let the workers do what they want and always choose the cheapest materials. A vision first (you might take inspiration from a smart designed house), then a concept, then the calculations, if all is on go catch your dream within your budget. Long-term it's better to do it correctly from the beginning than to live in a house where you get bitter every day. The problem with all the houses from Nyabohanse KZreadrs is the lack of a clear concept allover. They go with a loose series of ideas but hardly a complete concept. Building it ain't easy and you must live with it for a long time. The cost of ownership is a big part of it. You can't go with a lack in construction or design, that wouldn't be efficient.

No. You can't live inside the new house as yet. The inner and outer walls need rendering. Lots of cement require. The floors need to be taken off the dirt using a filler cement, sand etc, floors need to be tiled. Plumbing, electrical wiring, Pray for continued help. Don't confuse yourself my dear. You are young. Choose your priority! May God help you to make wise choices
