Yes!! Full build! I'm so excited to see this full build! Throw down a big bore 812cc Haha Someday, I will get a big bore, I have kfx700 and 1 owner (deaf) and live in Sunbury PA. Kfx 700 is great atv! super easy wheelie all days and also great in snow tow you around on a sleds behind atv is much fun times 😂 By the way dual HMF exhausts sound like a harley David motorcycle ❤

Full build and shootout with Mike sabo! I mean I think there is alot to be learned within a budget build there’s not many KZread videos of people working on these nor many of them actually in action being compared.👍🏻
You coal boys are my kind of people! Wes should get an Oscar for that performance! But rather than rebuild it right away, there is something else you can do. Its a really old method I learned years ago. Put some ATF down in the cylinders for a bit. Then crank it over by hand. Check to see if any leaked down significantly. If so, re-ring it, if not, compression test it again to see if it came up.
I would have installed a 1000cc 2-stroke from a snowmobile in it.... looks fun. Btw I live in between arctic cat and Polaris industries.
Full rebuild would deff be worth it these quads rip when running good an with twin hmf pipes they sound like a Harley lol. But yah do the full engine rebuild due to these engines always have crank issues a lot of them blow up the bottom ends

Hey I have a question I have a kdx 80 and when I kick it it does not start when I bump start it it starts the compression is pretty good so I don’t think that’s it
Do you think a little oil in the cylinders could bump the compression back up to fire off? May be worth a shot

@@StupidFastJohn yes marvel mystery should work . I believe this is fairly common among diesel engines after sitting a long time especially because they rely on compression for ignition. Be neat to see if it could get this thing going first before rebuild. Thanks for the response back
It does not need 100psi to start. Those v twins are 36 to 66 psi

Yea they usually are but i cross referenced it with a good condition gauge and it works good.
