I almost never make my own decks, because when I did I would always lose. Playing meta decks or classic decks is my jam, because I know thousands of other players have already played it and that it works. But trash or treasure is still one of my favorite videos to watch.

No doubt - playing safe decks like the one I just uploaded (the best deck for the meta that's been strong for years): kzread.info/dash/bejne/lZyaq9udidiymto.html is the way to win cause the deck has answers for everything! BUT the element of surprise and the fun factor of playing something unique is what causes people to spice stuff up! I personally love trying these new decks cause I learned about the strength of fisherman royal recruits & was reminded how overpowered dart goblin can be. Was pretty satisfying stomping the lava clone player in the first game too

I am pretty much exactly the opposite haha, I find joy in just trying a bunch of different things and finding which weird combinations work and am essentially always playing decks I make up. Exploration and trial and error is the fun for me. But having people to fill both roles is what keeps the game going :)

And my most successful trophy push has come with a deck I made myself and still use on ladder...I am trying some deck's from other people but I usually don't get the same value outta the decks that they make look so easy lol

The big problem here that you probably playing a top meta deck while you are not even close a top player no offense aswell the meta is always different every couples of 100 trophys. If you play a simple fireball beatdown bait deck you will make it much further

I love the idea of sparky. Highest damaging card that splashes. Problem is it’s exclusive to goblin giant and giant mostly. This hog/sparky deck has been pretty fun cus it’s a little faster paced. Would love to see what ya think! Sparky, Hog rider, Electro-wizard, mini pekka, fire ball, log or snowball, guards, ice spirit.

I like this video format, I think testing out decks recommended in the comments would be cool, awesome video as usual sirtag!

Switching up decks for pure fun is the way I play! Gotta enjoy what you do since it's a game meant for fun after all. I can't ever grind the game ONLY playing 1 deck for 4-5+ hours like others do - it gets boring for me fast. Love how I can always come up or experiment with the hundreds of cards in the game since there are a ton of unique possibilities that NO one has explored yet Also congrats on the dominating drill wins in 2v2 Oxy

I love playing this deck since it usually counters midladder decks when you play right: Dark Prince, cannon cart, dart goblin, inferno tower, goblin drill, arrows, royal delivery, and ice spirit.

I made this deck that i was playing up to 5580 trophies but most of the time I kept losing, Mega knight, witch, goblin barrel, skarmy, mini Pekka, log, bats and inferno dragon. this deck was made by my friend and i've been using it for about 7 months now, and i pushed up ladder from spooky town to almost challenger 3 with it. the deck is bats, miner, wall breakers, mini pekka, witch, skeleton army, princess, log. it's not the best deck ever but i didn't unlock mega knight for a while so this was the best i could do.

These vids taught me a lot about synergy. the deck i run is Pekka, miner, goblin barrel, spear goblins, Valkyrie, mega minion, log, skarmy. it uses some criminaly underrated cards like the mega minion plus it might actually be able to help some of you low arena viewers because all cards other than log are available by arena 4.l

Spam mortar deck! Really fun in my opinion Archers, bats, firecracker, knight, log, mortar, cannon cart, and dark prince.

One deck I’ve been workin with is : Flying Machine, fire spirit, giant skeleton, goblins, witch, skeleton barrel, inferno dragon and mortar . It’s like a chip style deck getting damage from mortar and Skelton barrel with the flying machine occasionally sneaking through with great defense

I’ve been playing the same deck forever and can’t use any other deck now, but I also don’t know how to optimize it and I know it needs optimization bad because I haven’t updated it in forever. The deck is Hog Rider, Bandit, Elite Barbarians, Barbarians, Ice Wizard, Wizard, Bomber, and Zap. The highest i’ve gotten with this deck is 6300ish.

Very fun series! Hope you do another one! A deck I have used to climb up arenas are [Tesla, baby dragon, balloon, valkyre, minions, arrows, fireball, barbarians] (Let the baby dragon push the balloon from behind so it goes faster to the tower.) I would like your opinion on this deck and how I could improve it. Have a nice day :)

lumberjack for rage, and either bowler or tombstone for egolem

In classic challenges I’ve been running golden knight, magic archer, ice spirit, royal hogs, log, tornado, rocket, and inferno tower. It’s a bit heavy but I think it’s a fun creative way to get a lot of synergy with tornado!

Hey Tag! I was wondering if you can advise on any improvements in this deck that I have been using for a long time and that led me to the top 100 nationally. Giant Skeleton, Ice Wizard, Baby Dragon, Tornado, Poison, Canon, Skeletons, Miner. This deck is amazing in defense and insane against any lava hound or bridge spam deck because it can pull all of your opponents units onto the canon no matter where they drop them.

You made me look at royal hogs royal recruits differently. As them being one of my war decks I never thought to not play the royal recruits in the back

This deck is super underrated been using it for about a month(I will switch up some cards depending on how I feel) mortar princess/dart goblin poison log ice spirit/fire spirit goblin gang/goblins royal delivery mighty miner

I made a deck years ago and I still play in ladder sometimes for fun, it’s heavy, but great fun in double elixir. Here’s the deck: -Megaknight -E-wiz -Wizard -Princess -Snowball -Bats -Guards -Barbarians It’s a pricey deck and not a great synergy but I still find it one of the most fun decks to play time and time again, especially on defence.

i havent used this deck in forever but every time ive used it was incredibly fun. golem, goblin barrel, poison. lumberjack (or dark prince), dart goblin (or ice wiz), skarmy (or bats), snowball, and tomb stone (or tesla). ik theres a lot of variety but u can mix and match to keep it spicy it is a must try for anyone looking to have some fun and a gg.

I created a lava loon deck when it was the meta quite a bit back. It still is very viable I think. Lava hound Balloon Tombstone Mega minion Zap Fireball or Tornado Firecracker I interchange fireball and tornado, the fireball is good for air attacking troops for a knockback, and the tornado is good with the firecracker for air defense as well

Sirtag! I got a deck a suggestion. Try out my fisherman mortar cycle. (Fisherman, hunter, mortar, knight, skeletons, log, ice spirit, & rocket) The unpopular synergy of the mortar and fisherman makes this deck rock. And even though mortar got nerf this season, you always have the consistent high damage rocket in this deck.

Jake, bro, love the content you create. I really hope KZread gets their act together and fixes the issue preventing the monetization of videos. Too much hard work going into them to not get get paid!! Anyway, I’ve been playing this deck off and on for about 2 years. It’s super fun but seems to be missing something. I’ve gotten up to 6100 trophies with it. Maybe you can use it in a way I haven’t been able to yet! Mega knight, Bandit, Goblin Barrel, Firecracker, Bats, Dart Goblin, Skeleton Army and Arrows!!

A deck I recently started using is (skeleton giant, Valkyrie, archer, queen, log, earthquake, fire spirit) works really well together and has great synergy.

whats up jake? feeling great today as i just ended a game of super mario party with my siblings and did a small ladder push :D i also really like the idea of testing peoples decks, so im gonna suggest mine : giant, graveyard, electro spirit, witch, guards, log, freeze, bats youve just gotta keep a good defense with witch, guards and bats then set up that big giant graveyard freeze push. log and e spirit are very versatile additions that i mostly use for better defending and cycling.

Hey jake! I rarely see you play sparky so heres a low cost and fun deck: Sparky, gob giant, e wiz, mini pekka, heal spirit, rage, zap and bats. Using sparky for cost effective defence and surprise them with the rage!

I've always love the hog rider so I always make my own deck around it. My current deck is: Hog rider, giant skeleton, musketeer, electro spirit (highest spirit level lol), cannon, fisherman, tornado and bats

Had a lot of fun and dubs with the dart goblin drill deck (Inferno Tower replacing Mortar). Post mortar nerf, subbed a Golden Knight for the knight and a Tesla for the inferno tower for a juicy 3 card cycle 2.6 elixir deck. Lotsa fun.

The amount of value that dart goblin got in the mortar deck was insane
