Ludington local and an ex park ranger for the three courses here. When Goliath was built many years ago, traffic in the park was minimal. Now with the explosion of disc golf in the area the park is heavily used and it makes Goliath dangerous, just like you've noticed. Unfortunately the "old" club here in the area has lost members and people to maintain the courses. They've also been warned many times about the danger of Goliath but have done nothing. Someone will get hurt, its only a matter of time. Two new courses in the area that you must play though: Acorn Hills to the north of Ludington in Manistee and Fairway to Heaven just south of Ludington in Pentwater. Two incredible additions to the area! And for some short disc golf fun there's the Tinderbox and First St. Beach Family course. Keep on keeping on!

This is very well said! It is one of those tough things where you can seen the inevitable! I have been eyeballing those other courses and I appreciate the solid background and explanation of the course!

I love your commitment to the putts. Taking a knee, getting on your belly or just tapping in without touching the chains when it’s ridiculous- you do what it takes to finish it out!

Come on over to the west side of Lake Michigan. Take the ferry over to Manitowoc, play Silver Creek 36, then head to Milwaukee and hit Brown Deer and Dretzka. Valley View too for an ace runner course. Then head to Madison and play those courses out there. Nice close run that you honestly could do in a week easily. Liking the content! We gotta see an ace soon dude!

I was literally looking at the lake express ferry today! Wild! Yea the black ace was crazy and even more rare but it did not end my search or the ace on camera! I might literally follow this path you commented haha! thank you!

I've had quite a few recommend Texas but I'm convinced it's always 200 degrees and everything is far apart haha. Maybe when the snow wants to start flying

I don't necessarily grunt when I throw, but I will do a loud exhale of breath when I am putting a lot of energy into a throw. Something I have kinda always done with out realizing it very much. I also agree that discs can feel like they're mad at you. I'm sure it's just not remembering that sweet spot in the throw any more, but it sure does feel like it's mad at you. Hello Greta! We would love to have you come visit us here in the south. There are a lot of good courses in the Nashville area and an hour north of us in Bowling Green, KY.

One of my local courses plays right next to a playground and a pavilion with houses fairly close by. Not an issues except for two holes with blind walking paths. I can't stand courses where they cross over and aren't visible to each other

It is very unsettling! One of my local courses had a hole removed because a kid got hit on a play ground with a disc!

Basket 1 blue T box at dellwood IL I was waiting for a group of carts to shoot from white & I had them all staring at me like always hunter I'm a little guy shooting the biggest shots .. but let's get to my embarrassment lol.. I fell off the T box and rolled twice ( I got up to dust off and still saw my disc in the air) after all this I was like omg 😃 is this my ace and just fell short. A group of chicks just looked at me and turned to walk away never to ask if I'm I good 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Emotionally no Physically yes

You gotta hit the Midwest. In IL and MO there are a few great PRO courses designed by Dave McCormick. In my home town of Alton/Godfrey IL there La Vista and another is Eagles Crossing!
