Honestly I gym almost daily, run 5km around 3 days a week eat pretty decent and I sparred a little over 2 months ago with my bro who trains at an mma gym and I was completely gassed in 2 minutes, I never realised how unfit I was until then, my worst fear is scrapping someone and gassing out, better off just running away lmaooooo

You also have to consider that conor will know when a guy wants to throw him on the ground during a grappling exchange. The most common slam is probably when a guy has the other guy in a triangle and he just stand up and throws him into the ground. Any other slam takes technique to throw down a professional mma fighter

Yeah he put the American accent on so everyone could understand him. I had to do the same when I went traveling to USA, Australia and Latin America. It's pretty frustrating needing to concentrate on changing your accent to be understood but it is what it is. I would slip back into it if I went out drinking, if I bumped into other Irish people or if I got super excited or emotional about stuff, thats what I've been told anyway.

Would like to see it happen. Not enough ppl know the difference between a smaller trained professional MMA fighter vs a Big Strongman that is untrained.
