In this video, I take an in-depth look at the Trash Panda Inner Core and the people behind it.
The Inner Core is a neutral flying putter that currently comes in 2 plastics that are 100% recycled and sourced locally in Denver, Colorado.
The creator of the disc is fellow KZreadr - @trashpandadiscgolf. Jesse (the founder of trash panda) was kind enough to let me use his videos as well as send me 2 inner cores! Dude I love your style of editing, and I think that mainstream-style editing and content like yours is what is missing in the the dg community. Stuff like this is what is gonna bring dg into the general public eye, and especially younger audiences

I feel like this calls for a Trash vs Trash vs Trash video. (Trash Panda vs Dollar store disc vs actual piece of trash shaped like a frisbee). Challenge is you need to birdie 3 holes with each over 18!

I liked the concept of the disc but didnt love the feel and flight in comparison to other premium throwing putters! Hoping the molds in the future can stand up to other top-tier discs. In moments where playing well matters id choose a pure or a proxy nearly every time over the inner core

Yeah I definitely see that. It’s not for everyone but I really liked how it felt and loved the flight. It instantly kicked my premium luna out the bag. I’m sure things will only get better with time!

The tough question is if I don’t need a disc, but want to support Trash Panda, is it wasteful to buy it? Ultimately yes.

Just curious, have you ever looked into the recycling industry, as in behind the scenes kind of stuff? It’s pretty much a huge scam and actually causes more waste and energy consumption than is worthwhile in many cases, particularly when it comes to plastics. This information is widely accessible; no doubt anyone trying to start a disc recycling company would have learned about it fairly early on in the course of their research. But when there’s easy money to be made by selling a product to ignorant people who think they’re helping to save the planet, might as well just continue with the grift. If you like Trash Panda discs because of how they look, feel, or fly, that’s awesome. If you think you’re helping save the planet by buying Trash Panda discs, that’s hilarious.
