I prefer her just making something completely wild than modifying it. Like when she had Doritos (I think?) I was like oh most people would make nachos but maybe she’ll like make a crumbed chicken dish , and then she basically just made trash can nachos (like Guy Fierri) which was amazing, but I prefer when she does stuff totally wild

You know the dish reminded me of the last dish that Amy Adams playing Julie Powell made in ‘Julie and Julia’, minus the decorations!

That is a mainstay for my Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. My grandmother used it and now I can't imagine the holidays without it. One thing I do to improve the flavour is mix in a bit of chicken bouillon with the water. Tastes amazing !
