they use the word chef to attract new viewers, if you saw a title saying "Can this chef make this fancy?" you are more likely to click on it than "Can Rie make this fancy?" without knowing who she was. plus, like @BlueBug said the keyword "Chef" is used much more than Rie.

@@hearttidd9275 But she didnt cook it, she just drank it straight up. Also alcohol only to a certain extent. It depends on how much you use and the parameters of what you cook it in such as the surface area of the pot/pan and the volume and how much of other liquids you cook it in. It's physically impossible to evaporate 100% of alcohol especially in a pot and especially if you use a lot of liquids whether that be alcohol or whatever you mixed it in. You'd essentially have to dry it out to evaporate all the alcohol but then your food is bad... Basically you cook it off until the amount is fairly "negligible"(negligible depending on your tolerance and how much alcohol you care to have in your food. I don't drink and my roommate two years ago made spaghetti with red wine and so I looked up how wine works in cooking to see if I could eat his food. I spent *A LOT* of time on researching this because I absolutely will not drink alcohol.
