This has been so useful as a hardware and circuit debugger. It's a programmer, i2c bus scanner, swd debugger. Can back up firmware from a chip, dump from eeprom, use for uart, drive the circuits. Such a useful tool in a really versatile package.

Thank you! Oh, definitely. This video was all about the GPIO features, the other stuff is covered in so many videos already. :) I've used the other features extensively too.

What the board youre plugging all the wires from the FZ into for everything? The semi clear piece test board piece on the bench. Thanks!

You could use the wire tester as a continuity tester by using two separate wires.

What format does that firmware dump as and use for flashing? Do i have to precompile my firmware for every chip? I cant just use sketches?

The sketches are compiled before they can be flashed to a chip. There are multiple compiler tool chains. The correct one must be used based on the target chip manufacturer and type. Arduino, or other IDEs does this for you. Then the resulting .hex or .bin file gets flashed to the chip.

Good morning, sorry for my English I am French. I want to connect my FZ machine to program an atiny85 when I launch ISP programming the atiny85 is recognized but when connecting the computer beeps twice as if disconnecting the FZ machine and it tells me: cannot access serial port or RPC connection failed . I tried several firmware, cables and USB ports with no results. Do you have an idea. Thank you in advance for your answer.

The readings can be quite a bit off when you're handling the sensors like I did. They're more accurate when they're mounted and not influenced by me touching them and breathing on them. Could be a video editing thing too. Or the sensors are bad. Or they need software calibration. There could be many reasons to be honest.

the sensor testing alone is worth it. can you add more sensors for testing? I mean this is way easier that building an entire application with the Arduino uno just to display the value

There are a few more apps than I was showing in the Xtreme firmware at least. I'm not sure which apps are available in the default firmware. You can however install more apps or make your own.
