i agree. im not diagnosed with autism but i absolutely am somewhere on the spectrum. i struggle alot with expressing my emotions through my tone or facial expressions (which varies depending on what emotions im trying to convey) and my family is always asking "why arent you exited?" or "give me a smile!" when inside i am feeling those emotions (and to a fairly intense level). if i understood how without overdoing it/using the wrong tone people would see just how emotional of a person i am inside.

i might be somewhere on the spectrum. i have absolutely no way of showing gratitude, any positive emotion besides humor in a way that feels "real". i get this.

I watched 'Something Else,' 'Help! Oh Well,' and 'Can't Think' back to back tells quite the story. In the first song, Adam is constantly put down by others because he wants to make it big and be famous. If he doesn't make it, he can at least say he gave it his all. He ain't afraid of what others think of him and is willing to fight those who get in his way but he will make friends with the same passion. In the second song, Adam has become famous and he's learned the hard way it's not all that cracked up to be. He's succeeded and now he has to constantly top himself to stay relevant. On top of that, there are others; overeager fans, creators who want to use him to boost themselves, and people who think they know him and tell him what's best for his channel. He's constantly bombarded with expectations and a need to maintain his image he doesn't have any room to be himself. Adam still wants to succeed but he's unsure how to proceed. Only when he's in bed can he finally relax, but even then, it's a fitful sleep. And in the third (and possibly final) song of the trilogy; Adam has stopped caring what others think. It's finally dawned on him others always have opinions on how thing should be done and constantly focus on the bad stuff. And when someone makes a mess, even if unintentionally, everyone gangs up on the poor sod. So, Adam has stopped caring what other people think, for the most part decided to do his own thing. He still gets overwhelmed every now and again but he's since learned to tune the white noise out and prefers to go alone. That doesn't mean he'll get rid of friends entirely but he would rather not deal with drama.

Comparing this to "Help! Oh Well...", Adam isn't panicking and trying to get away from the things around him, he's just wearing a permanently blunt expression when the "rabble" of the world swallows him up and is happy when he's just walking free of it. Perhaps, it's being content or just having paralysis with endless negative rambling of the world and just finding relaxation away from it. Just an observation.

But to someone who's miserable, that's their average so they won't care much. But if they move to the 'amazing' life of the other person, they feel like they're so happy they could die. Even though both are now in the same situation, their emotions are wildly different because their neutrals are based on entirely different circunstances. If you get what I'm saying?

Yeah! Seeing how his style changed over time is kind of crazy, honestly. I personally think this is the best design of his character so far :)! Plus, it also feels more relaxed and silly (in a good way!) to me for some reason

thats not how animation works. you would just add a ragdoll component to the limbs to make them have gravity. then you'd fix it up if there were issues after you did that.

The fact that this song shows how good some animators can sing better then real main stream singers in my opinion

I cannot stop listening to this. Every song Adam makes is just amazing, and you can see his development. Going back to a point he made in a video, he was talking about 'Help, Oh Well" he said mentioned how he likes to think that his creations are little time capsules of the emotion at the time. Basically, I love this. Another banger from this amazing creator, he's one talented guy.

Everyone is talking about how good this song is (and it is really good) but nobody talking about HOW GOOD this animation is, a real step up from where he started! Good job Adam!

Looking back at his old songs I can only say that he’s gotten so much better over time and I think this is my favorite out of all them

I love all of your songs and videos. "Help! Oh Well..." Was really relatable and I loved it. "I'm something else" was so fun and would always cheer me up and such. And this song has a lovely beat and deep lyrics. I love it.
