keller500 and the beat is completely different, and Cudis verse is way different, and minus the Michael Jackson samples. So really just the hook is on an album. It doesn’t count. This song is a million times better than Too Bad I Have to Destroy You Now.

Josh the verse is mostly the same, but it’s performed differently, and his energy in this performance is unbeatable. The drums give his rapping so much life, and the drums are so minimal in the album version. It’s 6 minutes of one 45 second verse, two 30 second hooks, and 4.5 minutes of instrumental. And the instrumental isn’t even that interesting to drag it on for that long. The melody is based on this melody, clearly, but it’s not the same melody. It’s not the same drums. It’s not the same performance. It’s not the same vibe. It’s not the same song. This is the version that we all wish we had. Production is better, Cudis verse is better, it has Kanye, the arrangement is better, etc... Everything about this version is better lol

ZzZthe3 nah this was recorded before that song, I think they couldn’t use it because this song has such weird licensing. The instrumental is owned by Disney and Daft Punk so getting the sample cleared would’ve been a task in futility. Bangs harder than the released version tho imo
