I remember taking a walk through Venice Italy in the nighttime and a group of men wearing that same outfit you're wearing were performing this song with Violins at an outdoor cafe and a huge crowd of couples both young and old start slow dancing in front of the cafe. I stood there and watched getting the goosebumps. This video really brings back memories of that moment that I won't soon forget.

I'm having this as both my step dad and dad are walking me down the isle and I honestly can't wait gives me goosebumps each time I hear it x

I remember how when I was 16 I had to play this song for one out of three older brother’s wedding on the violin. ( He was 26.) So, I remember playing this in the venue and this really cute boy couldn’t stop staring at me. He came up to me, and he loved the way I was playing this song. Long story short, we kissed and we ended up getting married 7 years later, which was three years ago. Our love for music brought us together.

My grandma with dementia used to sing this song everyday. It was her and my grandfather’s favorite song and after he died, she never really showed a lot of emotion, but when she was diagnosed and the disease took over her mind, her vulnerable side came out and she would cry and sing this song and I’d be there right beside her to comfort her. This is a beautiful rendition and moved me to tears. She doesn’t remember the lyrics anymore but she still enjoys the song. Thank you for this beautiful rendition ❤️

You both sit down in the sand laughing and watching the sunset. He grabs your hand "I need to show you something close your eyes" He drags you somewhere. "Open them" You look around seeing yourself in a big heart in the sand full of roses. 6 men come with violins playing this song. He/she goes on one knee "will you make me the happiest man/woman and marry me. I will love you until are next life and after that life until we have no more life's" A tear falls down your face of happiness. You jump up and hug him/her saying yes. And than birds start to fly off in the sunset. 😭

First time listening to this guy. First note immediately made me close my eyes and I felt so relaxed. I opened my eyes minutes later to discover I was tearing up and didn't even realize it. This made my night

My husbands favorite artist is Elvis, and I played the violin. It was my great grandmother’s violin. We got married on a farm that had been in her family for over a hundred years and this exact song was what I walked down the isle too. The minute me and my family heard it, it brought tears to our eyes and we knew right then and there it was perfect. Thank you for creating a timeless memory for us. We listen to it always as a reminder.

This just melts my soul. I lost my husband unexpectedly and I was destroyed. Life was flat. I didn't speak anymore. I drank. I was numb to life. It was me and our 3 kids and I'm now in a new relationship with a great guy. I received so much criticism for unexpectedly falling for another man willing to take me and my babies heartache. This cover is life. Brings me sad and happy tears. If the time ever comes I hope to play this on my violin at my 2nd wedding. I pray it is a fraction as touching as this.

This cover is amazing. I’m 17 but I’m looking at finding the perfect song to walk the aisle too. This made me emotional knowing the line “Take my hand” will mean a lot, because I’m having both my dad and my older brother walk me down the aisle to hand me to my husband-to-be. I’ve never wanted just my dad to take me down, because my older brother is someone I admire and someone I look up to. He’s got a happy life. I love this song!!! I have played it for the two little boys I nanny and they both love it. The first time I heard it I just picked a random video. I was showing him what different instruments sounded like. When I looked up violin songs this video popped up so I picked it. As soon as it started he just sat there and listen so intently which was not really like him being a very active kid. After a little ways into the song I looked over and he was tearing up. I thought maybe he didn’t like it so I paused it but then he looked at me confused and pointed at it saying “again again”. He was only one and a half at the time. He is now almost three and still likes it. Today I played it for his little brother who is now almost one and he also stared in wonder as you played. He loves it as well. Thanks for the beautiful music that I have been able to share with them. I have listened to a lot of your other music as well since the first time I heard this song.
