Put your second finger on on the third fret and your first finger on the second when you need to change from C to Em.Its easier and does not affect sound or chord

Its easier when you press C with middle finger then you just add 2 fingers and slightly to the up ;)

it's a tough chord change... it helps me, if I slide the ring finger from the 4th fret to the third - but still is challenging - you can also try the alternative B7 chord shape: if you have the Em shape - take every finger one string up (sorry hard to explain) you can see Ricky using this one in his creep fingerpick version ...

Other way: try Em7 (0202) then B7 in this form: 4-3-2-0 (gCEA)

actually to leave all strings open is a chord: Am7 / but there is an easier way to play the B7 (you can find the alternative shape in Rickys Creep Fingerpicking Playalong)
