Throat nodules are something lots of singers get. Probably because she was singing too much especially using her gritty, growly dynamic. Hopefully, rest will cure it. Sometimes, surgery is needed. In any event, I totally agree with you that she is special and the love she gives through her voice helps the world be a better place, and we certainly need it! I will pray for her recovery!

This was nuts! (In the best possible way.) Who knew an Elvis Presley song could sound so modern/current and yet so good. These guys are ridiculously talented….I’m so blown away! I could watch this a million times.

Great rendition by Gigi and band as always. One differentiator with Elvis is that when he sings "I can't help falling in love with you" you can really feel that he means "I can't help falling in love with you" throughout the song. You can see that sincerity (though it is of course an act) through his facial and bodily expression -- from the song's beginning to the very end. You are caught in his hypnotic spell. Hope singers of today can bring that level of performance, going beyond the singing and technique.

Beautifully done! One of Elvis’s songs he sang at end of his concerts. Yes love. Love God love people love career…in that order. All bad news or events stems from the powers of Satan demons and sin. The world was perfect but sin power even brings storms earthquakes sickness… Yes we need to pray Lord’s Prayer daily from heart…deliver us from all evil….including crime white collar crime dishonesty world wars… Elvis first to do satellite concert in 1973. Also good he had a tv special concert ( combination of two filmed concerts on his tour only 2 months before his death. Elvis 99% of the time included 1-2 gospel songs in his live shows so he definitely was not ashamed of the Lord. By God’s grace I believe he is in heaven. Thank you for sharing your gift of singing and excellent music with us as Elvis did.
