People keep saying it's because we keep making their hair that is why it's not growing but that is not true, I also gave my daughters hair a break but nothing changed. You are doing well mama. I’m jas hair twin and i’ve big chop 3 month ago. Plus i’m camerounian too. What you have said what i’ve been saying to my best friend which has long hair and doesn’t believe me about fine 4c hair for lenght rétention. It’s almost seem like even strech the collarbone lenght is the max. You should also watch if your daughter has allergia which hair product. I have so many allergies but I keep Putting leaving conditionner who doesn’t fit le because right now I haven’t see anything else. The only thing that my hair love is avocado raw🙃. I understand the struggle I have two daughters and they both have different kinds of hair. Sometimes less is better I’ve learned that from my hair I went natural in May 2021 I barely do nothing to it my hair is almost touching my bra.
