@ pritty, does your sister attend ABA classes? She can work with a Behavioral therapist to help her reach her developmental goals; develop social skills, retain some basic skills and build some independence. Look into some free online support if these classes are not in Kenya. My nephew was non- verbal for the first 3 years ,he's 11 now and has been completely potty trained since age 4 and attends a regular school but still has his therapy.
