"Holding out for a Hero" is a must. Her voice is probably the best surgery mistake ever. Hence it can't really be replicated.

I remembered her voice live from show in Prague. She has very metal-friendly colour very different from studio. And that's great, because every her song sounds very new when she performs on stage

Bonnie's name begins trending every time there's an actual eclipse.
My fave Bonnie Tyler is Holdin Out for a Hero. Feels like you've been captured by a villain and you're racing through the streets of some city in the middle of the night while your handsome, strong lover is on your tail, coming to rescue you from the bad guy. You can feel all of that just by listening to that song. It's a whole vibe.
Ive always liked her voice, its definitely different! Jim Steinman and Meatloaf both gone now, a little magic has departed from this world.
"Betty Davis Eyes" for sure!!!!
Thank God for the 80’s, it was a time where artist took risks in exploring different sounds in their music and songs! If it wasn’t for the 80’s, I truly believe we wouldn’t have good music these days

If you allow total immersion into the song, it will make you cry. Always does me. I'm a grown man and can admit this, lol.
And the award for craziest music video of the Eighties goes to...
In 1983, when I started dating my husband, this song was HOT! For months, when we would enter a store, this song would be playing. When my hubby would drive across the state to visit me, every time he had to find a new radio station, this song would be playing! It quickly became "our" song. My hubby plays this at least once a week for me. The past 6 weeks, I've been home recuperating from surgery and he plays this almost every afternoon. I truly loved watching you react to this very special song!
"Holding Out For A Hero" should most definitely be next!
Now you must react to it’s a heartache and holding out for a hero by Bonnie Tyler you won’t be disappointed her voice is amazing
How sweet when you kissed her hand 🥰🥰🥰
No matter how corny the 80's got, there was some top-shelf music that was produced back then.

Her and Laura Brannigan are my favorites of the MTV era. I could listen to either of them sing the damn phone book!

Bonnie is from Wales here in great Britain. You should listen to. Holding out for a hero. Another great song from Bonnie Tyler.
All these reaction songs have one thing in common ... deep tension and bombastic relief... and good lyrics help

Man I appreciate these old songs i listen to them all day Saturday when I am cleaning my house 🌹👍👍👍 love it
Bonnie Tyler does a great job with the song "The Best" which was a hit for Tina Turner in the US. Bonnie's verison is great too!

Her vocal performance is so raw and emotional it actually makes me tear up when I hear it.
Bonnie is Welsh - fantastic singer !
The ultimate 80s power ballad, written by Jim Steinman and belted out by our Bonnie (Swansea boy here, I live 5 minutes up the road from her) with her unique voice
That kiss on her wrist was beautiful. 👍
The look of respect on their faces when they heard Bonnie start to sing - brought tears to my eyes. Welcome to my generation.
Period!!am I right , ladies.....
I can’t describe what a huge, epic ballad-and hit-this was in the 80s. Seriously surprised y’all haven’t heard this just randomly somewhere- in a TV show, on the radio...somewhere.
beautiful song got to love her..........:-)
I love this video like really this is... know it's so freaking cheesy but man man man man you just don't see them make music videos like this anymore. The sets the lighting the extras the fog the props the candles. Ooooooooooooooooooooh it's so pretty. Like a world in your dreams, literally, it looks like the things you see in your sleep.
The most powerful ballad in history. wonderful universal song of love. Epic interpretation of the greatest singer in history.
Her song from around 1978 called It's a Heartache. Very Good!!
Epic ..Bonnie..💙💛🇸🇪
She also sings a gospel song Heaven from her 1998 album All In One Voice….the last 8 seconds are breathtaking…..she sounds like cross between Tina Turner and Stevie Nicks
Cute Couple! I think Bonnie is the only person that could have sung this song. It was made for her. She is a National Treasure here in Wales.
I loved this song when it came out, I knew it word for word..
I absolutely loved Bonnie Tyler from the first time hearing her sing It's a Heartache & I'm still a fan at the age of 56 years old, she was magnificent then & she's still magnificent now!! 💜💯

Bonnie Tyler was known as the female rock star mr Rod Stewart because of her voice
Songs just hit different back in the glory days of Bonnie Tyler!
Welcome to the powerful vocals of our Welsh warbler, Bonnie Tyler ladies and gentlemen 🤘🏼
Great reaction to a great song - I positively love you two.
This song takes you on an insane journey. Brilliant writing. Back when a time music meant something.
Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a great song,great choice !!!!
Bonnie Tyler was such a good singer, for some reason greatly under appreciated.
I actually worked on her home 30 plus years ago as then a young glazing apprentice! In our home town of Swansea in South Wales 🥰
"It's a Heartache",By Bonnie Tyler, is my favorite song by her
When I was a teenager in the 1980s that song hit the charts on every radio station as specially Z100.
This is real music.!!!!
Awe my god you two are so sweet and cute holding hands listening to this song, it’s so good.
she is so underrated. truly one of the greatest female voices of all time. I just feel though that these power vocal classic songs must have destroyed her vocal chords singing them for 40 years! cause wow she lets rip like Ive ever heard a female before. But I know she is still out there singing.
I was 11 when this was out, and you could imagine my excitement when this song hit #1. I took this stuff seriously. This was a smash in its time!!!
"Living in a powder keg and giving off sparks" = the meaning of life.
This is a “Vampire love song”. That’s why the lyrics create images that seem abstract; but they’re just simple and descriptive. She’s singing about her “love in the dark”, since her vampire lover, “Bright Eyes” (his eyes glow!), can never be in the daylight, so she lives by night, too. However, she, the singer, is still human, even though she’s been with the vampire (who doesn’t get old) for such a long time, that she’s starting to grow old. So the story of the song, is that tonight she’s decided to surrender to the vampire (drink his blood or whatever) to become a vampire, too; and never age further, nor ever die. “Forever starts tonight !” Creepy. I always thought it was a song that was metaphor for something that’s hard to understand. But once I realized that the storyline was a vampire story, then it’s clear that the lyrics are simple prose (but creepy). When the song was first recorded, my teenage daughter and her friends, used to sing this ALL THE TIME ! I was concerned that it might be a “suicide story”; and not good for them to be so obsessed with ! So, I put some effort into understanding the lyrics. I was very relieved to figure out that it was just another monster fantasy. Romantic vampire stories were very popular, back then.

Really? I never got the vampire reference. The video seems to be about a teacher-student affair.
It is the fact that thus song motivates the men and gives them their truth, that amazes. You don't believe, watch the men in as many reaction videos and you will, see.
I was 7 years old when this came out, and I still remember the feeling it gave me listening to it. It made me realize the power and effect music can have over someone.
Would you believe this was a song about Vampires? When i found out the video made a bit more sense....loving the awesome vocals still to this day.
Thank you for being bold enough to try rare gems from the 80s.
Makes me fondly remember a younger crush I had years ago. I begged them to "turn around, bright eyes".
Ive always loved her raspy voice

This song runs the gamut on emotions. We are puppets and Jim and Bonnie are pulling the strings. This is his magnum oous. Truly a modern master of exciting, passionate, dramatic compositions.
Best reaction on the internet.
Gotta second that vote for, “Hero” next 😁
Jim Steinman an absolute songwriting guru
She and Kim Carnes had those raspy, female Rod Stewart voices that I've loved since the 80's!
"Ravishing", "Angel Heart", and "Faster Than the Speed of Night". EPIC TRACKS!
It's a heartache!!!
I just turned 65 yesterday and have been listening to a lot of songs from when I was growing up and used to know Singers, Band Members and writers and when I heard this today first things that I thought was I would like to see her with Meatloaf and then I remembered. I hate when I can't remember like I used to 😢.
That was the trippyist music video that had been made up until that point.
