Peds nurse here…..I’d definitely ask your pediatrician to do some labs, perhaps get a referral to a pediatric orthopedist and maybe even a geneticist. This is not normal, especially for a solid 2 year old who lives in the USA in an affluent family who has all the nutrients she needs at her fingertips. Toddler bones should still be somewhat flexible. One break can be explained away as a freak accident. Two breaks in a very short time (plus a third previously unknown break until the X-ray brought it to light) means prudent inquiries are needed to get to the reason for such brittle bones in a toddler. Please look into this for your sweet girl.

My son just broke his tibia. Broke in 2 places. He is 13 years old and not one tear. He is so brave. He had to be sedated to do the cast but was still half awake. Then a week later had to get a new cast and a realignment and still no tears and pushed through the pain. He is so brave.

Falling off a chair should not break a collar bone on a child. There is something not right for it to break that easily. I would make my daughter's health my priority and have every test run instead of going on a trip no matter what the purpose. How uncomfortable for little Stella to have her arm bandaged to her side in the heat. I guess we all have different priorities 😢

It can’t hurt. My son had issues with weak bones when he was young. They were concerned for some time. They ran test after test with no answers as to what was causing the weakness. Eventually he just outgrew it and actually recently just the other day a Dr was talking about how unbelievably strong his bone structure is so ya it never hurts to be safe. 💕

Maybe going on this trip isn’t the best idea if you’ve got a two-year-old with a broken collarbone? Sorry, but there’s no way I would be taking a trip I didn’t have to no matter how nice it was if I had a situation like this, particularly given she’s had two broken bones in two years which means she needs some more medical testing to make sure she doesn’t have any conditions that cause brittle bone disease because that is a real thing.

Stella has a strong tolerance for pain. Some babies are whiny and most all would be with broken bones but she doesn't seem to suffer with broken bones. Speedy recovery and I hope she never has another broken bone again. You guys are doing the best to provide them love and happiness.

@@ashleysanchez7543 Makes perfect sense. The fats in homogenized grocery store milk has been tampered with. That makes it useless as a source of calcium because the human body has to have the natural fat in milk in order to metabolize the calcium correctly.

It might be worth looking into some classes for Stella to learn how to fall safely. It seems she goes head first and impacts onto her arms, and whilst it's not always possible to land on the tush it might be important to show her how to land. Breaking two bones so early in life is rare and scary, which might mean something underlying. You're great for taking her to the doctors immediately, but definitely try for preventative measures if you can. Safe recovery, Stella! Never stop smiling :)

Three bones. They didn't notice the first break and waited four days with the second, then this happened publicly, so they acted immediately, and instead of going home to rest and recover, they went on the brand deal trip. Maybe next time he knows he's bringing his baby to a public place where he'll be too busy signing papers to pay attention to what she's doing, he'll make use of a stroller. 😒

I work in medicine and I love Stella. So, I must ask you to get this investigated. She breaks bones too easy and she feels pain too little compared to the break. You might feel that it's a good thing that she feels less pain but it's not. Pain is a protective mechanism of body that makes us aware of the disease by telling us that something's wrong. Please get a referral for a pediatric orthopedist and a geneticist as soon as you can. This sweet little angel needs to be kept safe at all costs.

These "parents" have grew the're channel off the back of the're children, and earned a fortune because of it. Do you really think the parents would be as successful without the children? I suspect not. And what about the childrens privacy? They are splashed all over every social media platform how will they feel about that when they are older? Laws are being made as we speak to protect these children because the parents wont, i suggest you research some channels that go to great lengths to raise awareness about the dangers of children being online. Please i implore you before coming back to comment to really think about looking into other channels, these poor children are often birthed on the internet and the're whole lives played out before the world. Honestly as a mother of 5 boys, I spent a lot of time at A&E. Wishing Stella a speedy recovery. This is family life full of challenges.

As someone who has a very high tolerance to pain, I do believe Stella also has a high tolerance, both times she didn't act like a child who has broken a bone. She was smiling and laughing with her dad. This is a good thing and a bad. I've gone through major surgery and was sitting up right after waking up, stretched a ligament in my left thigh and was walking by the end of the first day. But it also can be dangerous, my kidney's shut down when I had long covid and I had no clue. My doctor always says "you felt nothing, there is bad pain when that happens, and I always say no, I felt fine." So watch her, both Ozzy, Stella are adorable and so happy, heck even Jack Beeston is very happy. Great parents make great kids.

I guess I still see her as a baby but kudos to y’all for teaching her. A lot of babies her age or look her age don’t communicate and can’t tell you what is going on. If you and your sister both have children that have had multiple breaks from simple falls, I'd be concerned about a possible genetic cause. I hope Stella feels better soon.

I know as Stella's Mommy you wish you were with her. But wow, what an amazing Daddy Tanner is! Not a lot of dads can travel with a toddler, let alone meet appoints, PLUS go to the ER with her and fly home again. You are amazing parents with two wonderful girls. Sharing this, I broke a ton of bones and found out I have a condition called hypophosphotemia, because my body doesn’t generate B6. It’s literally a genetic condition, but prevents the body from braking down protein. I didn’t find this out until I was early 30’s. Sending love and hugs. It also can can brittle bones, and. Dx. With osteoporosis at age 27

Feel sorry for their kids who have to live a childhood with no privacy, but not the parents who are banking on this shit. I hope to heck you all are canceling this Turks & Caicos trip as traveling with a kid with a broken clavicle who needs to wear a sling & absolutely not move her arm, amid all the jostling around that goes w/ traveling is probably not great for her recovery & I seriously hope you guys realize that & stay home since this trip isn’t critical at all. I know you both love your kids so much, so please put Stella first over a paycheck you’re not depending on to survive.

Stella is one of those kids that just goes with the flow. My daughter was the same way and it sure does make life easier. She’s alittle cutie and Tanner is the most loving dad ever. He takes great care of his girls all three of them. ❤glad she’s doing good

There's lots of little incidents happening that would make me think i wasn't supposed to take this trip. 👀 Also..... Keep your insurance card in your wallet or download a copy on your phone. You should never travel without it.

Doesnt sound like too much fun for kids rushing to planes and all the travel chaos.

My youngest when he was 2 broke his collar bone by falling off our bed. He did amazing with keeping it wrapped and didn’t really have much pain. Stella is such a little soldier ❤
