this is an amazing deal! in Vancouver, 2 million gets you a 1200 sq feet apartment or townhouse lol. this kind of house would be 5 million to 7 million.

Nice house indeed. Are you saying this particular house costs $2m? It’s cheap comparing to Melbourne Australia. But then again San Fernando valley, is the area safe? I notice it has no fences and gate. Security wise not secured I’m afraid. But the interior is spectacular. 😍

Darrin: first floor is a 12 ft ceiling. thickness of 2nd floor: 1 ft. Second floor ceiling is 10 ft high. Total for living room ceiling: 23 feet high.

Beautiful home! However, are the ceilings 30 ft or 40 ft? You said both. Also, You go on and on about the views but all we get to see of the view is from upstairs for a few seconds, at the end for a few seconds then the videos you want us to watch covers it up and the rest of the time it's just the tops of a few houses. Too bad.
