The big six is more about their financial strengths. Not necessarily their history of trophies. Of course, that translates to current sporting ambitions and prestige. You'll know they are big six when you come to buy their players. They never sell anything of their stars to other top six clubs. Hence, Kane went to the Bungesliga and Modric and Bale to Laliga. And Son will retire there because nobody wants to pay twice market value and get him last day of the transfer window.
