This channel is gold. What I’ve learned here got me a higher pay bc I realized that my skills ,while not very technical ,my skills are at the next level : communication and mitigation were strengths that I was not even aware I had . Now I know , and I also I know it’s valuable and I asked to get paid for it and guess what ? I did get pay increase 😊

Thanks Dr. Lee. I really need this. As an HR practitioner, I am the only one who is undergrad. My collegues has superb experience of the same field. Compared to them, I am a neophyte but I am able to catch up with them. Whenever we are in a meeting, there are times I lack confidence bcoz I feel im not capable. I always watch your videos and helped me boost my self confidence. Thank you.

Speaking intelligently includes intelligent communication in all forms. Your posting narrative is not one of executive level by any stretch of the imagination. You seriously need help on this if you are serious about success. Dr. Lee can be an excellent resource for you on this. Being a “grad or undergrad” has nothing to do with this.

Thank u doc. Your serve like a mom to me and a mentor 💓 you really gave my life a huge change..❤️i will never forget you. ur an angel mentor to all ladies or individuals who have lack of self confidence and not believing in their potential. I had a poor communication skills..i am a very shy person. It hurts to know that in my 27 years of living, i spent my childhood and teenage life in an introverted way and i regret some parts of that., i was way holding much onto becoming intelligent thats why i only studied harder, my only go to place is my room..and i just realize that life experience is more valuable than academic. But its not yet too late to make those things. Thank u Dr Grace Lee🥺❤️🤗 I love You.❤️💓 Hope You have a healthy and strong life ahead. Thank u somuch💐💐💐🌺

Dr. Lee, you should establish a school for this or even organize a limited group session twice per year perhaps in Dubai. I would not mind flying in to attend a week's workshop and many would.

I feel bad because I was labeled as shy with people at work including my new boss even noticed it and broadcast it, I had the feeling this will ruin my career goal. I don't really know what to do I know I'm just an introvert and just lack social skills. I was thinking of moving to a new place and work and start all over, it's hard to change my image and their perception of me. Is leaving the workplace and the city a good idea? I hope you can give me advice.

Hi Dr Lee, I’ve always struggled with public speaking since I was young. Interestingly enough, since I’ve started to work on my speaking, lately I’ve gotten some feedback that my presentations are too polished and inauthentic. To be honest, I feel proud of the progress I’ve made over the years. Can you relate in your own journey? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I'm not rude, I'm not sarcastic, I'm not mean, I can answer if I'm asked, I work hard. I don't need to look intelligent, I got the job, I'm doing it.That should be enough. People should chit-chat at home, outside work.
