What do u mean by chemical, do you think glue or Neil is not a chemical. Although limestone itself formed by chemical reaction caco3. Calcium carbonate. 😂😅

I have grown neem and bakain on my roof top in grow bags. Their canopy has already started growing. With daily watering in May and June, plants have survived the heat, and in coming mosoon their canopy will cover a large portion of My roof. Grow plants, get rid of chemicals.

Is it rather color or the chemical that declines heat levels on the roof? this is what worked for me last year and it's coat is still there,, and did x2 more coats later WallCoat + Glue 5k wall coat (white cement) mixed in same volume of water properly 1kg Glue added in that and mixed well. Apply! :D note: Paint Brushes works x3 better than rollers, Tried 2 small patches of 3x3 ft on roof with both paint brush and a roller brush.

Yes definately because this will reflect the waveback immediately before fell into over. Some how it will give ls a relief from instant heats.

The best thing is if you can afford to put grey or white marble, it will be more effective and lifetime...

Not only limestone or white paint , one can also use platser of paris to reduce the heat which is also to easy to make and apply able but in all cases glue must be added. One of the reasons to reduce the sunlight is that sunlight contains 7 colors light which fromed white light. So when some one apply paint cement or anything causes reflect back this white light due to same color.

In the electromagnetic spectrum, shorter wavelengths (from 10 nm to 380 nm) are ultraviolet (UV) and longer wavelengths (from 750 nm to 1 mm) are infrared (IR) radiation. Ultraviolet radiation carries more energy and infrared radiation less energy than visible light.

Don't waste your money on this, the paint only works by reflection, if the roof gets dirty with dust and other stuff the reflection stops and the paint will not work. You have to constantly wash your roof to keep it clean for the paint to work.

The more white the paint or meterial is, the better it would reflect the light, simple... Chemicals may react with mortar of roof. This needs to be determined. After few days the lime may start chipping and chock the rain drains or create nuisance for the floor below.

No there are mainly three types of radiation coming from sun....and you have missed the main type of solar radiation which is visible radiation........ Secondly it cannot lower the temperature but can stop rising temperature.... Thirdly, I am sure it is not the nature of chemical that is helpful in maintaining temperature but white color of these paints and chemical which cause reflection of solar radiations and as a results less absorption of light takes place and hence temperature stays a bit lower that in case of absorption would have occur...... Please consult me before working on scientific report ( hahaha just kidding)😂

Karachi and it's pharee likhee awam... An understatement. Karachi is the only place in Pakistan that uses cement blocks in construction. Cement holds heat and radiates it at night. The concept of Specific Heat Capacity needs to be explored. If red bricks made with sand are used it will be more effective. This is all short run. What we need is to plant trees and gardens and vow never to vote for MQM and whoever it allied with in it's 'illustrious' past

I have done it but not white paints or chemicals.only lime and added Neel and little quantity of white cement can give desired results.if cement is not added rains would wash away your hard work
