This is the Sage or Breville Kitchen Wizz Pro. I have a review of it here, I think it's good but they have added a couple of new variants to the range I haven't tried kzread.info/dash/bejne/qqShtLaNYq2ofqw.html

Will it spoil the blade?

The manufacturer says slicing meat is fine. Frozen meat is another matter.

For the cost it should do alot more to your meat than slices.

It has a whole bunch of blades and features (I have a few videos about it), this was in direct response to someone asking about how well it sliced meat on a video comment.

It can certainly cut them up - not specifically 'dice' though you would have to pulse it so as not to pulverise the meat.

Is your ham fuily frozen? I tried a slighty frozen pork before but finally minced came out ☹️

No straight from the fridge. Possibly frozen would be brittle?
