I am gold 1 now. I noticed that until i was silver i was paired with and against silver and gold players. Now that i'm gold i'm often the highest elo in the team but i'm not good enough to carry every match..this is why it's hard to cross the gold1 level. I hope that once i hit gold2 the matchmaking will be fair as it was in silver3
