I love the energy in this one
So the piece that holds the clutch cable in place under my carburetor broke, so I ran the clutch cable through one of the holes of the clutch cover, works fine now
Hi Jb welded a intake manifold together pieces of flashlight make an intake tube for 32 mm carburetor and it worked just fine
My god ball bearings under the studs! I need to look back where this kit came from.
"Karen trigger", gold, simply gold.
Too bad we can't eliminate the whole "made in china" part! Be nice to see a mass produced American 2 stroke version!
I drilled and tapped the exhaust bolt holes out to a 3/8 bolt because they pulled out with the slightest bump... the bigger bolts added more surface for the threads so even tho the chinesium is soft its holding well
Best video from your channel by far good job
After my second stripped flower nut, I had finally had enough - cleaned the parts with acetone and gooped the whole biz with JB Weld, then adjusted the cable, works great.
My motorbicycle is finally put back together. The custom new wheel took me all day to do handmade I made sure to grease my bearings and adjust the cone nuts and axle just perfect, I installed a 16T freewheel on the threaded steel hub with some copper antisieze so I have the nicest gear ratio for hill climbing and the rest of the time I just throttle and coast. The puns 😂😂😂😂
i 3d printed an intake for my yd100 2-ish months ago, still working today! (i’m getting a better solution soon)
Adding copper wire to make a wallowed out 6mm bolt that had broken and tapped wrong grab .
Nice video 🚲💨💨💨💨 and one more thing you sure can take a two-stroke motor apart well done 💪💪💨💨💨🤙👍💯
Unrelated to your subject matter, but I love the Raleigh head badge, nice touch!
Sing the praises of JB brother!
Initially thought this was a project farm video from the title!!!
As i was building an engine using strictly old used parts from about 3 different motors, i realized i did not have a base gasket. So using an old tore up one as a template i transfered the pattern onto an old betty crocker cake mix box. Smeared a little high temp rtv on both sides and it held up fine for many miles. Other things eventually failed over time, but my cake box gasket held strong
Good video man, and great to see you got what you wanted. Low to med range, that is what im looking for as well. On trails you dont need speed on a pedal bike, lol. Front and rear suspension has its advantages and one day i hope to have rear suspension, i get all shook up lol . Ride safe.
