Another really good vlog. You're really honest about your squash and of course there will be ups and downs. Stay dedicated, enjoy the travel and sniff out the best coffee! Wishing you all the best for the 2024 competitions, looking forward to seeing your successes which are sure to come.
Thanks for bringing us along for the ride. You will win another title soon.

You're welcome. And I hope so 🤞
Winning and losing is part of a game. Better player wins so deliver the best you can. Patience is the key. Wait for the loose shot. Which tournament you are competing?
Good effort 🏋🏼♂️

Not criticising the vlog or you, just observing from afar but If you didn't vlog at all, do you think that you could spend that time focusing on preparation of your actual squash. Training harder ? Your practice drills seem quite laxidasic. Study your opposition more ? You hang about with your friends a lot during the videos. Meditation ? You seem to be happy stringing rallies along almost for the sake of it and several times you're putting in a great drive and not moving into the best position to kill the ball off in the next shot. You clearly have talent but you seem to be more interested in enjoying the peripheral instead of doing everything you can to win the tournament. If I were you, I would try and get as many training sessions in with players who are clearly very focused, like Georgina Kennedy. Or at least talk to them. All the best, Nick M.
Insaallah you can don't feel bad 🤍
