Can I Train ANOTHER Bullhauler from SCRATCH?

We are rolling straight into the “fall run” of cattle out of Montana here in 2023. I had a guy with amazing potential fall into my lap, but he comes from the heavy haul world…. Think he can convert to the dark side??

When somebody has experience with stock, teaching them to drive with em is easier than teaching an experienced driver how to load stock... Matt is a natural! Get the feeling we might see him again...

When I was a kid we had assembly yards on the edge of town. Dad used to drop a pickup load of fat hogs there every couple weeks. Sometimes the odd cow or calves a few times a year. Now we ship by the liner load. But we now farm what 6 local families used to farm. Kind of sad in a way how things change. I used to ride a school bus with 40 plus kids out of this area. When my kids were riding, it was down to 10. Shows the farm amalgamation in this area. Now it’s even less.
