I follow Happy pears for some time already, but had no idea they do such stuff. Very cool!

Lovely way my dad cooks chard/ silver beet, sauté fine dice onion then add chard that is separated stalk from leaves, finely sliced add stalks first then leaves, add good amount of butter (vegan) season, cook for a good 15 mins on low/ medium heat. You can add vegan cream if you want but delicious enough without. Longer cook makes it much nicer than brief like other greens, same goes for boiling 😊 I absolutely love the happy pear recipes and their ethos, and really love the way Gaz is really appreciating and learning the value of health and well-being through nature.

I love cold water swimming - I live near a river and the sea! There are the Wild Swimming and walking books which are fabulous. There will be lots of wild swimming places around you in Wales Gaz - and groups to join in with. And I think Headspace is a fabulous resource, my son was a Royal Marine for years, he and many of his marine friends use Headspace. I’m really glad to see you collaborating with and promoting them, and also to see you talk about your wellbeing - these dialogues are so important I think. 🙌

How did I miss this when it came out!???? Like all the other comments I read … SO excited and happy to see my two favourite KZread channels come together! The Happy “ pair” just warm my heart with their sense of community. When I get to an Ireland THIS is my first stop!!! Thank you Gaz for going over the channel to play. I feel you, I missed this one and the one on Happy Pear's channel too. Late to the party but so stoked - they're my fave vegan food / gardening channels. I have a dream to go to Ireland one day and def want to go to the cafe and hopefully get to chat with these amazing people. Would you brave the Iceish sea? I'd have a go :)

My wife and I spent 3 months in Ireland (were from the US). We stayed in Greystones as soon as we got there and discovered the happy pear by accident. These guys truly have changed my mind set about food. Back in the US I have struggled going through bouts of eating absolute garbage which is not hard to do here, but I always come back to their cookbooks and have slowly been bettering my health.

ahhhh I'm so excited to see the sprouts! I just started sprouting a couple months ago and its the best!!! you need to be sprouting Gaz!

😆 this looks like fun Nurturing your inner child with those moves! I ADORE sourdough bread, that looks incredible, can just imagine the smells in there 😮‍💨👌 The Irish accent (all its variants) is so beautiful and heartwarming. 7:13 my go-to is listening to relaxing sound track music (current favourite composer is Ludovico Einaudi) while I walk either outdoors if the weather is nice or on a treadmill. It’s always a great reset for me when things get overwhelming. Love the vibes in this one.

I’ve recently seen Einaudi - if you can I’d recommend seeing him, it’s sublime from the first few notes - and I’m not a classical music listener normally, I would go over and over again to see him now. 🙌

I was massive meat eater, and was became fanatic animal rights activist, everything can be achieved.

This is what KZread is made for! Showing different ways of living! 😊 very interesting I went to Ireland many years ago and I loved the nature and the people's kindness so much!! In France veganism is blocked by the traditional gastronomy pfff to much meat everywhere and most of people mock me just because I'm vegetarian! 😢
