I have the exact blanket. I been using in since October and works great. I basically lay on top of it and cover myself with a second comforter.

Yupp that would work really well. Having it under you is much better than on top. That's what I did with my heating pad.

Heated mattress pad is better, the heat will rise around your body and get trapped under blankets, you set it on a 1 or 2 before crawling into bed will take of chill and your warm so might not need to kerp it on shut off until you needed agsin. I use to live in sn old house in an attic that had absolutely no heat excep a litle that came up throught the door way was always cold in Minnesota cold winters , window were very drafty, got a mattress pad after finding blankets did not work that well. Pad was was a life changer

You need to cover your windows to help insulate the inside. I couldn’t sleep with windows not covered. I wouldn’t want wake up to “something” looking in.

Some 12 volt blanket don't cycle on off they just run a constant wattage 24/7. while many electric blankets cycle on off so 60w for 10 min Zero watts for 10 etc.. you'd only have the inverter waste power to be concerned about the total wattage consumed can be less than a 12vt version if it cycles on/off.

I will not and cannot use just a blanket as my water and drinks will freeze along with all my can food and who knows what else. I’ve got redundant sources of heat. Candles, propane, diesel, electric and wood stove in my tiny home trailer. I also only have one window and it’s covered so I can use my lights anywhere. I figured if I want a view I’ll go outside. I did do one window for air tho. I also put a liftable cover so it can be open in the rain and close while driving.

No sir I cannot! Glad you’re liking the videos though! KZread actually has a speed setting so you can slow the video down just a tad if you please.

I'd pay more not to have to go to Costco. I bought a Sunbeam throw (with 4 settings) at Walmart for $30. Works great according to my dog who took over ownership.

Some people with disabilities benefit from turning on subtitles or you can rewind sections, listen to them over and over as many times as you like, at the bottom of the video is a red line you can slide backwards
