I think everyones favourite after his holyness Jarl Haesteinn is Mathilda di Canossa. For your rehab you should go full confrontation therapy and play Count Eudes with the following two targets: 1. Get the french throne, 2. Kill Haesteinn or Ragnarr if he dies to early Edit: Shit I just noticed you already did that. I completly missed that video. Well nevermind then...

Viking addiction is a serious topic! Every day I wake up I Conquer. My wife keeps telling me "please stop raiding the neighbours". But in truth, I can't! I am addicted.

The scream when he lost his 3rd son. It was so genuine and it was so muffled and it killed me

With those dynasty traits, every time the Vikings killed his sons they were like "wow, that is some quality blood being splattered everywhere."

Loving episode 2 of "Watch as Haesteinn ruins my plans in every episode" can't wait to see how he does it next time

Somehow I managed to start two campaigns with Alfred and both times AEthelred didn't die

Alfred must be scripted to fail every murder. I wasn’t able to with this character either. Holy s*** I’ve never seen the surprise party event…must be new. That would be terrifying. Never seen a more stressed character in my life.

I actually encountered it recently and interestingly enough if you are a paranoid character you can literally choose to jump out a window to avoid it.

@@Fun4luve OH sorry I messed up, I got confused with another video and thought this was a different discussion about another feature in Ck3. Yes, it was included with "Friends and Foes" from what I know.

Alfred is going to the dungeons, planning to use his own sword to end the life of Hastein’s son, but seeing him there, weakened and sickened because of the conditions of the dungeons, this remember Alfred something, about how one of his little boys used to so easy to get sick when he was young, looking closer to the eyes of the young man he took a decision, the decision that perhaps vengeance was not the correct way

Actually most of the sons who were killed were sickly in their youth. So ya he probs had flashbacks to their childhood and just could not bear to kill another man’s child in cold blood.

I absolutely lost it when Koifish started singing the Ragnar the Red bit.

Poor Koifish just can't help trying to murder people despite taking massive amounts of stress in the process

Assassination rehabilitation soon ?

My best Alfred start is always to go conquer all of my brothers other vassals. He starts the game with all of the counties in Wessex except for Alfred’s. But he gives all the ones he can’t hold away almost immediately. So I just vassal eat all of these brand new counties before they can even Levy their troops. Easy way to grab Lunden off the start.

Koifish do the extra hard 867 challenge and start as Earl Aella of Northumbria. Can you successfully stop both Viking invasions?

I like the part where you didn't blaspheme after the third son death. True Alfred the Great material. 10/10 Christian.

Alfred's brother went out to hunt bear. But he was brutally murdered by at least three hairy Bjorns. As in the name Bjorn, which means bear, but really they were Vikings. Get it? Teehee! I'm so clever!

You could take more than 3 traits also some traits you could get through special events, so for example my special character 400 buy points character for Ironman and Achievements had tons of traits because of an "exploit" of negative traits. I will tell you more on discord.

​@@paldennorbu8808 Basically you could abuse all negative traits to create superior "father" and with a bit luck when generating heir, this way you could get a beautiful, herculean, genious, pure-blooded superhuman in the first week when the original character dies because of all negative stuff and diseases.

Thats not correct at all lol we don’t even know where the jomsvikings were outside of a very much non specific pomeranian location which isn’t in poland at all lol. Now theorizing is nice and all but a single runestone on wolin doesn’t make enough proof. The jomsvikings existed over 1100 years ago and there is zero ways to point out the ACTUAL location of jomsborg…however awesome it would be to find it but yeah it’s highly unlikely wolin was the ctual location considering most of the jomsvikings confirmed locations for battles were in northern germany
