I think Tarik called it perfectly. Lud just loses his mental mid game a lot and it affects his performance/plays. He's a momentum based player and if he doesn't keep his focus/mental up he often spirals.

He’s also a player that is entirely reactionary. He walks (or satchels) throughout the map without real purpose. The game sense isn’t quite there.

@@Kritur Nah, I don't think so. I just think when the game starts getting chaotic he starts floundering a bit. He definitely thinks some of his plays out. His brain power just drops to 0 when he has to actually shoot sometimes.

@@primal9238 He absolutely has 0 awareness in the chaos. Multiple times in this vod he picks up a Vandal and still has his Sheriff out. Even one moment on Ascent where he has a Sheriff, sees a Guardian, and picks it up without realizing he had a Vandal the whole time.

@@Kritur Does feel like more like nerves get the best of him. When he takes the time to think things through and plan it out he does better. I think the problem is he has so much false confidence that he knows he's always at risk of underperforming and he chokes a lot. I think what he really needs is just coaching and to have more readily available strats and info in his head that he can call on when his mind goes a bit blank. Either way, he does seem to be improving. Nothing wrong with the slow grind.
