Can i make “good” art using cheap supplies🎨| testing cheap art supplies

spend $100...on art supplies...IN THIS ECONOMY???
yeah we aren't doing that, but why do cheaper art supplies have a bad rep?
so I am here to test the cheapest art supplies i could find... kinda, anyways lets go besties!!!

    Honestly dollar tree and Walmart have good art items but, it depends on which ones you go too.Mine are honestly empty.They be only having pens and sharpies.
