One of the most underrated KZread chef in the game right now. Imagine the content he'll pump out when he has enough followers to be a full time content creator.

Actually, I am full time. My larger platforms are on IG and TikTok, but my heart is here with long-form KZread. Thanks for watching dude.
And when your chowda is done, don't forget to eat the bread bowl! I can't believe how many times I've seen people throw that wonderful delicacy out.

It's the best part!
one of the more satisfying meals I've had was New England clam chowda and a beer in Boston. Can recommend
The most famous seafood restaurant from Massachusetts is Legal Seafoods. I'd say that CHOWDA probably surpasses their exquisite fare.

This is my favorite soup! Can’t wait to try this recipe! Thank you
Love NE clam chowder. Great to sub out the flour with a couple large tablespoons of plain instant mashed potatoes. I always keep some on hand to thicken soups.
Clam Chowder is the bomb! More seafood! if you havent done CA yet, consider chipino

I second this! More water creatures plz!
Yummy 😋 I definitely want to make this!
Heck yeah, love these
There’s no way you could’ve known, but chowder is only what people not from Massachusetts think is our signature regional food. Try making a north shore beef sandwich, that is the true hidden gem of Massachusetts
Yea you def just inspired this weekends clam chowder meal

LOL, not a problem. Thanks.
Man you had me all scared at first cooking it all in a boil bowl and then when i saw your game plan right after i was like "ahhhhh shiiiiiiiit" Subscribed man! Love that Detroit style one too!
I don’t even know how long it’s been since I’ve had Clam Chowder. I need to get it again

I second that.
Let's see...my best friend is from Detroit (9 Mile which is one better than 8!) and she's always raving about Coney dogs, Vernor's ginger ale, and...Detroit style pizza. That would be a good one! So what do you think about adding corn meal to the clam soaking water to encourage them to purge? Seems like they always did that in all the cooking shows of my yoot. ;)

@@AdamWitt awesome!
I would totally keep the potato skin on
Oh good i can finally hang that wallpaper
Looks great. But what did you say about clarified butter having more flavor than regular butter?? All the flavor is in the milk solids...
Looks good but as a Boston native we don’t use bread bowls, only San Francisco does.

I've seen bread bowls in NE plenty. I know SF is sourdough capital of the US, but I don't think it's unauthentic to serve chowda in a bread bowl.

Totally authentic, just not as common! Love it though, keep up the good work.

@@AdamWitt This Masshole (as I've said to many times) confirms. Many places serve chowda in regular bowls, but quite a few serve it in bread bowls. Including another local chain called Boston Chowda Co. (It's spelled that way in their official business name.)
Pastys from d’yooper peninsula?
Technically… that is thicker than you would usually see in New England. I had clam chowder like that in Seattle though.

All Dante.
Some next level shite goin on in here
Heads up, your recipe link in the description is busted
Way too much dairy. That's what they serve tourists
dude you went to all that trouble to make clam chowder and you used jarred garlic 5:22 which stinks and tastes nothing like freshly chopped minced garlic. wow... lame
@AdamWitt

Umm, no I didn't. I just pre-mince it before filming to make it quicker on camera.
Man, this recipe is unnecessarily complicated. Go the trad route.
How about a dash of dashi stock to up the savory and some chopped parsley for garnish CHEF!
