As someone who has struggled with SH and has been bullied for it I teared up and started hyperventilating😭👍🏽

As someone who has been so conscious of my leg scars all my life, wearing stockings even in summers, this audio hits home. There are still some days I just want to cover them up and hate them once again. This audio reminds me of all the things I have learnt in my self love journey. ​@@nsbsvsvsv5551 to me personally it's not because of how it looks but... the story and emotions behind each scar. i myself have too many scars i've gathered since i was little and some of the scars' memories are just so mentally unpleasant, traumatic, something you wouldn't want to happen to anyone. and the fact that the scar lasts for everyone to see only adds more to the pain....

His voice is so soft and comforting 😭 and I love it when he says “baby bear” it’s so cute ☺️

Thank you this audio K.🥺❤️This audio means a lot. I used to self harm. But I’ve stopped. On June 20th 2023 was my 1 year being clean!😭❤️ To anyone who struggles with self harm, I promise, it gets better. I promise. It really truly does. Harming yourself is not worth it. Here are some tips that helped me stop: (Both these tips work with anything, not just self harm) 1.) if you feel the urge to harm yourself, think of something you can do. Weather that’s taking a shower or cleaning your room. When your done, If you still feel the urge to harm yourself, find something else to do. That could be homework, eating lunch or dinner, etc, it could be anything. When your finished with that and you still feel the urge, do something else. The goal is to keep yourself busy until the urge goes away. 2.) Set little goals for yourself. Make it a day with out self harming? Get yourself a cookie or something you like or been wanting. Make it 2 days? Get yourself something. Make it a week? Get yourself something. Make it a month? Get yourself something you’ve been wanting. Make it two months? Get your self something. Etc etc. You can even start with small reward (Ex: a cookie or your favorite candy) and work your way up to bigger rewards (example: the piece of clothing that’s really expensive or go on a shopping spree) the longer you haven’t harmed yourself. It works. You do not deserve what youre going through. I promise you it gets better. You can win this fight. You got this.❤️

I have scars for different reasons, but feeling of being concious of them is familiar. But the scars are part of my story and my body's journey in this world. I can't deny them.

When K was dealing with his own difficult things in the past, he didn't even know that one day he'd influence, change and better the lives of thousands of people just by being here, being himself and doing what he does for us. He's so inspirational in so many different ways and we thank you for that K, thank you for being here and for being your most amazing, handsome, hot, spicy, loving, caring self.
