Ami here in the uk you you’ll get it posted to u yes. But u can appeal it and end up in court I can only assume these people are in court to try and appeal the fines As if they didn’t want to appeal they would just pay and not have to go court.

Giving a hug to Judge Caprio is a true sign of appreciation. Sweet and kind tokens of thanks go a long way. She really showed her appreciation for the generosity and understanding. These are the cases that I love to watch. Blessings Judge Caprio!

He's the kind of person you get when great parents take the time, care, and effort to raise a great human being. His morals are so solid and he's so compassionate, you just know that his folks were amazing people. Parents and the quality of their character determines whether a kid is entitled way more than economics, I would say; I've known some amazing people who grew up well off but had parents who taught them humility and respect and appreciation for what they had, and plenty who grew up poor and still ended up being entitled assholes because their parents felt they deserved more than they got out of life even though they didn't put in the work to earn it. But I'd also say that when you grow up in an environment where everyone has to help each other out just to survive, you're more likely to be compassionate and appreciate what good comes to your life.

Brought tears to my eyes. God Bless you Judge Frank Caprio. We need more honest and kind people like you in this world.

This man is something else. As a young Correctional Officer for 2.5 years, I prided myself on treating the inmates as people, not criminals. Based off of integrity and accountability rather than the crimes committed. I tear up more times than not to these videos and want to give credit where credit is due. Judge Caprio needs to be in every courtroom making a difference. And if that isn't possible, people need to learn and be taught by this man's value system.

It's hardly to get this kind of caring,understanding and respectful Judge who treats people the right way. I really like Frank Caprio and I wish the world gets someone like him so our court will treat everyone same ...

I wake up in the morning and cry watching Judge Caprio every day. with three of my close gentle loving friends and my father having passed away recently I feel quite alone. Judge makes me feel like he cares and I lean and relearn compassion from him.

When he touched her cheek in such a fatherly way... man oh man.

I can see she is a good person who was a victim of being in an abusive situation. Judge Caprio is an incredibly kind hearted man who shows genuine compasion for people. Just an inspiration to mankind.

This man deserves the highest wards granted in the American new year Honors list, This young lady got herself in a spot of bother the judge, showed amazing compassion toward this young lady and she repaid him the best way ever, a HUG. The way he has a jovial tone when they enter to put them on ease so they are honest and then with the deepest sincerity listen and speak softly is so wonderful. A wonderful man!

I've lived in RI my entire life and I would watch this show at 2 a.m when it first aired. I was in high school and my Spanish teacher was on one night. She always tried hard to push me and I didn't understand why until I saw her cry after getting a $50 ticket thrown away. At that moment it hit me, She was struggling like my own single mother and that was the day I decided to always be good to anyone who may need a little help in life.

@@operationhotshotinc.6887 not just a real show, he is the real traffic judge of providence R.I and most everyone in this state loves him. I'm more shocked that a traffic judge from this tiny state made such a difference across the world cause I've been watching that show on public access 20 years ago before it was on youtube.

A real judge, see the truth, see reality, sentence accordingly
