The Jackfruit Chicharrón looks so amazing. I'd love to try and make this. What are the spices used to mix in with the flour? in the document it looks like its missing one ingrediant name "Add to flour - 2 tablespoons Salt, 2 tablespoons Black Pepper, 2 tablespoons ________, 3 tablespoons Paprika" Also, what is vegan egg wash?

My mom’s friend mom makes us vegan ones with beans. It seems too easy to veganize. No v cheese even needed. They are yummy.

Wow! Just stumbling into this video! Thank you so much for including this because many believe you have to loose your culture if you go vegan and that's definitely not true. You can eat all the same foods, just veganized. I've veganized about 68 dishes from El Salvador and glad I still can enjoy those Salvi foods. 😋

You do realize that cows, chickens, pigs, lambs & goats are herbivores, right? The "bioavailable nutrients" in meat is bc animals eat plants. Why would you filter the nutrients through a carcass, why not skip the middle man and just eat plants directly? In fact, why don't you list one nutrient that meat has, which plants don't already have. You won't find it. Meat is not some magical food with unique nutrients. Plant foods not only have the same nutrients, they have more of them (plus trace minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, etc.) whereas meat is pumped full of pharmaceuticals, hormones, supplements, and contaminants - fecal contamination, which leads to salmonella, e.coli, or listeria. I think I'll take my chances by getting my nutrients directly from the source.... in plants.
