Nick turns car on, starts driving, has a skill issue, falls of a cliff, drownes in to the water, doesnt survive the flood. No.

You do know that you can change gears yourself in Beam, I think if you press Q the transmission setting changes from Arcade to Realistic and then you can change gears, if you want you can turn off the throttle blip and clutch assistant in the settings
