Baby wipes will be your best friend while you are working with resin. The best way to clean your tools after you use resin is to let the resin cure on them if they are bendable. Once it's cures you can just bend them a bit and snap off the resin. Then for cups I've found that letting them cure upside down on a silicone mat works the best. When they are cured you can pretty much pull out the resin in one go.

I clean everything I can up right away with rubbing alcohol. It's sometimes easiest to use disposables whenever possible for cups and such.
